So I took my machine into my cardiologist to see how it was and calibrated ..my machine the A&D said my blood pressure was 130/80 .

but when my blood pressure was take it in the doctors office by the nurse it was 150/80 that's a big big difference this machine is a piece of crap and dangerous as well I am going to add an update I called the company and they were absolutely wonderful they asked me how my physicians office checked and calibrated my machine and it seems they did not do it right so I have the instructions now on how it's to be done and if it's still off by 20 just call them back and they will replace the machine outstanding customer service

Best Blood Pressure Monitors in 2019

First use. Seems to be a bit louder and put more pressure on the arm (my fingers started to tingle) than other home blood pressure monitors I have used. And the fancy cuff is kinda awkward to use compared to the standard ones like Omron etc. And you can't turn it off, it turns itself off eventually, which works but is vaguely disconcerting

 Is it accurate? I can't say yet. I only got it a few days ago. It seems to register high so I'll have to wait until I can compare it to a manual sphygmomanometer. If it doesn't compare the I will discuss a refund with Walmart

 I tested it repeatedly, trying to eliminate the possibility that I was doing something incorrectly (I’ve been measuring my blood pressure every day for six years, so I have experience at it). I finally reluctantly decided to return it.  Before deciding to return it, I tried contacting A&D several times about the systolic errors, but the contact form on the A&D website always crashed, giving me an SQL syntax error.  Its data averaging is not as automatic as the others, but is more flexible

 It’s what I wanted originally, but after my problems with the Omron and Withings, I decided that Bluetooth for Android BPM’s is more of a hassle at present than it’s worth.  Its accuracy would have been on a par with the Withings and maybe a little better if it hadn't been for a defect that caused it occasionally to report systolic readings that were at least 10 points too low. Buying a blood pressure monitor turned out to be a lot more complicated than I expected. I ended up buying three models before deciding which one was right for me. The ones I purchased were:  - Omron 10 (BP786N) - Withings Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor - A&D UA-767F  I initially purchased the Omron, but it had inaccurate diastolic readings, so I purchased the Withings. However although the Withings was very accurate, it had other issues, so I purchased the A&D, but it had inaccurate systolic readings and a cuff I disliked, so I returned it and decided to keep the Withings

.Make sure you put it on properly I’m used to wearing it differently and I love it has enough for four people however I could not figure out instructions🥺need to really study them it’s too late to return it so if it never works I’m stuck with this;(..

but at least usable🤷🏻‍♀️ I bought it because Consumer Reports Customer Service so I believe it’s accurate 👌I recommend it if you can return it if it doesn’t work correctly FaceTime Consumer reports.., 👎👎👎👎 that’s so busy so when I received it and it looks like it has been used or the box have definitely been repackaged I want to try it out see if it worked and then make a decision .

 I do need to do that to get my average BP correct, as two of the tests on my profile are actually my daughters who didn't know to move to a 2nd or 3rd user when she used it.
