The sheath helps it function as a multi tool and they are strong enough for serious use.

I don't have much of a budget for knives and the only one I own is a Mora Companion, which is good and I actually use fairly often for general use. 

I just want an extra one to keep in my big out bag for less than $20. I wanted something bigger than the Mora, which I think is only about 7" total. 

The MTech USA MT-086 https://amazon.com/dp/B003U7SC6O caught my eye for the general style and price, but it's actually just a little bigger than I want at 12.25 inches

So another MTech, the MT-20-70C seems exactly about the size at 10" and $17

Why did the battle rifle fall out of service?

Just received this as a gift from my grandfather, I think it’s a Mauser 7.62 but other than that I’m not too sure. Could someone help me out?
