I love amzn products but feel cheated, 10 yr battery only 1.4v out of pkg, 12mo after purchase.

Batteries are great - packaging is over-improved

I (like others) appreciate value, but not if it is based upon poor quality! The life of these batteries has been declining since I first started using them a couple of years ago. Now, I am experiencing "Duds" as well!  The new management team at AMAZON appears to be declining in quality as well!
