 Everything I could think of was included (only the poles to push out the head/foot area are not). [URL REMOVED] threw everything in a 25 liter pack along with a Hammock Gear Econ 30 top quilt and went to read the paper down by the brook. It made for a very pleasant afternoon! You definitely need to practice getting in and out of it, it can be comical if you don't have your technique down. It does take up a bit of room and weight in your pack, if your considering one for multiple days on the trail I would splurge for the ultralight

.easy to set up , roomy, many pockets. chair mode is great for lounging. laying flat is a boon to my back

 fun hammock during the day and gets lots of attention.. but the balancing act loses stars for me as a sleep system.

I'm thinking of high winds increasing the risk of branches snapping and falling plus the general disturbance from noise, drafts and wind gusts. I volunteer with a woodland charity and they have a policy like "no working in woods when the average wind speed is over 22mph". In the UK we're having loads of storms currently and I'd like to get out hammocking but the winds are holding me back - so I thought I'd see what people's views are  - plus tips like site selection (eg steep valleys perpendicular to the wind direction).

Hello! I got into hammocking with a Hennessy Hyperlite asym last year and have fallen in love with my hammocking. I want to try a more modular system and help figure out what is the perfect hammock for me, with the best tarp for all weather types, plus underquilt.

So far my least favourite things about my current hammock setup is the tarp is too narrow for really stormy weather, so i'd want something that can be more sheltered, and a underquilt as I learned I dont like using my pad.

I was looking at Warbonnet, Dutchware, Dream Hammock and am getting a bit of "Paralysis of Analysis" at all the options. Does anyone have any insight on what would be best?

I am in Ontario Canada, I do a fair mix of backpacking and canoeing.

I would like a system that I will be able to outfit to be able to use in winter (As low as -20c or maybe a bit more)

I'm 5'8", 170lbs. Prefer a "Right Lay" in asym hammocks, and im fine with a bugnet even when its not needed.

Recommendations for a new hammock

0 out on multiple nights I'd have to say I'm very impressed with the construction and the comfort. I'm an avid hammock camper and this by far fits into my lot of hammocks and deserving of a spot in my gear closet.
