So that is my review of the Apogee Symphony desktop.

We have Apollo, Apogee, Antelope and Lynx converters in our shop...most of us prefer the Apogee Symphony out of all of them but the difference is negligible... The antelope and UAD come with some pretty decent plugins...with DSP/FPGA systems that are supposed to offload the code from your CPU which technically should give you more power, but here's the thing the Apple M1 we use is plenty powerful enough that we track with whatever we want either native or DSP.

I've gone from Echo Layla to Delta 1010 to Lynx to now Apogee, UAD, Antelope, Focusrite, Behringer, Avid HD, Presonus, most of which I still own... I'll be dead honest here: The Apogee Symphony is clearly studio quality...the antelope discrete 8 is also very good...the UAD Apollo Twins is liked by a lot of people... Once you get past a certain level in age and price it is simply a different flavor of the same sauce...
