I am so very disappointed! What idea of this high chair is amazing, it is simply just too small and too short. Not to mention he does not seem secure enough even for my taller than average five-month-old. We wanted to get a high chair to see how it would work before we started solids and this just not make me feel comfortable -The harness is simply too low that if I tempt to open the top with one hand I can't hold my baby in with the other. They needed to make this a little bit smaller in the harness being over the shoulders and not on the lap

, 28" baby uses the middle setting. As she gets bigger, I think she will probably stay on that setting or go down to the smaller one because the tray will hit her lower in the waist and not right on the belly. And I think this chair would be fine even for a tall kid, though they might want to let their feet dangle instead of using the foot rest. But a child with a really large belly might not fit using the widest tray setting

Perfect for Baby-Led Weaning (until the tray started falling off)

We've been using this high chair for several weeks now and generally it works well for our needs. Our 6-month old (who is very tall but thin for his age) sits in the seat very securely at the innermost table setting, which is a good thing as he is very active and wiggly. We like the ability to fold the seat flat as we're in a small apartment, so we can put it out of sight when not used. The seat height works perfectly with our dining table

Because the seat is so slender and the table is down, you have to hold the baby with one hand while you close up the buckles. Once you get used to it, all this is less of a hassle, but we find you still need to use both hands

 Another problem with this high chair is that it is NOT adjustable in terms of height or recline- there is one position, and one position only. Even though my son can sit up without assistance, I still like the recline feature on the new high chair that we bought. If you want a nice high chair, go with the Peg Perego Siesta - multiple positions, reclines and has wheels so that you can move it around the house. The Baby Bjorn chair might be great for some families, but ultimately, my son would have outgrown it by 7-8 months

Wanted to love this high chair, but it is truly TOO SMALL

 For example when your baby chokes in food, you can't act quickly by lifting child out of the chair. You have to keep messing with the button beneath. Since it's a moment of stress, that doesn't really go quick enough. So the table should be able to slide more further ahead so that the baby or child can be lifted out immediately

 At 20 months my son definitely prefers to eat right off the table but there isn't enough room for his feet if we leave the tray down.

 Developmentally I think he's outgrowing the need anyway so seems like average-sized kids would probably outgrow it at just the right time.  As we live in a small city apartment, it's wonderful that it can be folded up and stored in a small spot. It's enough of a pain to do this that we usually leave it out while he's awake but we do put it away every night after he goes to bed.  Only thing preventing me from giving the 5th star is it would be nice if the whole tray could be removed
