And the range of commands that it can register is also so big that you literally don't have to bring your phone out to control music playback or toggle between ANC modes or take a phone call. And connectivity wise, the Beoplay EX has hit a home run

 Firstly, they connect via the latest Bluetooth 5.2 technology and secondly, they support aptX adaptive codec which is great if you are an audiophile. But where they have sweetened the deal even more is with their certifications for Google FastPair, Microsoft SwiftPair and Mate for iPhone. And in my test, I have never had a single case of audio dropout or audio out of sync issue while watching some videos on YouTube

 I feel like B&O probably did not get a chance to perfect this algorithm as the noise cancellation will not blow you away like the way it did on the Sony XM4 or the Bose QuietComforts. But they are able to cancel out most major low-range frequencies like the noise of tires on a road when inside a car.  Unlike the AirPods Pro 1& 2 that do not have the ear tip stem. I dislike the touch controls, I like physical buttons. My sennheiser momentum’s had touch controls and I forgot how much I hated that. They aren't worth the money, imo. The sound quality is good. They aren't nearly as good as my over-ears, but these are wireless earbuds, so take that as you will. The noise cancellation only works when the music is play, which is preferred in my opinion

 I still haven't been able to update them despite them being connected to and controlled by the app. It makes absolutely no sense. To make things even worst, the battery life is pretty bad. These things don't last nearly the amount of time that is advertised

There is no way these buds would fit and stay in my ears. The shape and size made that impossible. For that reason I could not fully evaluate the sound quality and the quality of the ANC, but it appeared to be good, although not better than other similar products at a lower price point (see Sennheiser TW 3, for example). My short Journey in audio

The best sound quality of any earbud I’ve ever heard. Fit is comfortable but not secure enough for exercise. Once you start sweating they slide right out. Noice cancellation is total trash

Amazing Sound

Beoplay EX are the most comfortable and best sounding wireless earbuds I've ever used. I've used about 25 pairs. They also have an IP57 rating and multipoint.

I cant decide on which one to buy.

Beoplay is top quality on everything except for ANC, but the Sony xm4 is balanced and has great ANC

Im going to be using them on my way to school, at the gym and for everyday use.

Ive recently had the xm3, but they broke and im also afraid that the design of the xm4 is going to be too big in the ear.
