THE BEST 1080p 144Hz Gaming Monitor - BenQ MOBIUZ EX2510

 Other than that, I did not have any major complaints except the stand, which only supports tilt. The design is also great, without overly flashy gaming aesthetics, which I definitely like.  Now onto the main issue: the monitor I received has terrible color uniformity. I have read the reviews and I was prepared for it, but I did not expect it to be this bad

  Starting with the positives, this monitor has good picture quality thanks to its relatively high contrast. The sRGB mode is accurate and does not lock the brightness unlike majority of other wide gamut monitors, which is the main reason why I bought it. [, Music, ], [, Music, ], hey what is going on everyone and welcome back to too much tech, and in today's video we are going to be reviewing the benq mobius ex2710. This is a 27-inch ips, 1080p 144 hertz display with hdr 400, and i do want to give a huge shout out to benq for sending out this monitor for review. So i'll say this in the beginning, because there are a couple variants of this monitor. So there's this one that i have today the 27 inch version

 Reason why i would say this is good for next. Gen is because the color on this monitor is actually really good. Now benq they call the hdr on this monitor hdri, which means hdr intelligent and for only having 400 of um hdr rating i'll say it actually performs really really good. This is not like a monitor with like a ton of local dimming zones and all that stuff and, honestly speaking, the local dimming is kind of in it's, not bad, but what i definitely notice is the contrast ratios now

 Even if it's not you know a 4k display and stuff like that, but let's be real to get a 4k monitor that runs at 120. Hertz is going to cost a lot more than this one so again for the 25 inch, it's only 250 for the 27 inch, it's 300, which is actually a really fair price, and, to be honest with you, i would rather pick this over a tn panel all Day great performance in terms of the motion blur as well as the color you do have that added value with the built-in speakers as well, and then the design i also think, is pretty decent and already guys. BenQ MOBIUZ EX2510/EX2710 Review! BEST IPS Gaming Monitor For The Price?

 Now, let's talk about gaming related stuff, just like the original ex2510, the s version has no official g-sync certification, but in my testing g-sync works just as flawless as with the non-s version. There are no signs of flickering or any other defects. Lfc kicks in at around 54 fps and the transition is very smooth, but what about response times and ghosting and such well as always we'll be using blurbuster's pursuit camera technique to have a closer look and what we're seeing here looks very, very good. In fact, this reminds me very much of the excellent response times

 In fact, the only thing that has been improved is the refresh rate and that not even by much every other aspect has either gotten worse or stayed the same wise. The s version is a straight up downgrade it's not as accurate anymore. The default settings are weird and the color gauntlet volume has gotten smaller. Its color accuracy is by no means bad and the srgb mode still is way above average, but overall, it's just not as excellent as the original ex2510 anymore, though

Mobiuz EX2510S Review - Better Than The Original?

If you're into any color accurate work then I'd suggest go for an IPS panel. IPS are a bit pricey but well worth the price.

Is this monitor worth it? 144Hz 1Ms

 IPS,144hz, and 2k combined offer enjoyable experiences.  Multiple color modes; I am mostly choosing from the preset profiles in the Low Blue Light mode, and they all look pleasing.  The design. The monitor looks modern, stylish, and does not scream gaming

Updated Review for Benq ex2780q; a decent all-around gaming monitor

 The build quality benq is used here for somewhere between premium and budget. The overall design, aesthetic is quite nice, with slim bezels, simple matte, plastic on the rear and a solid construction. All the outer surfaces are plastic, though so, while the base of the stand is silver, it has just a plastic finish, which i guess is fine enough. I'M also not a huge fan of the orange strip

I don't really think that's necessary and would have preferred a more color, neutral design. The stand supports a good range of motion with height tilt and swivel functionality, a little surprising that it can't also be put into a portrait orientation, although that could be down to the monitor's chin, which houses an ambient light sensor that can be used with benq's brightness Intelligence plus feature - basically, this just varies the color temperature of the monitor, based on the ambient lighting conditions, a neat feature for those that want it, but not something

 With this monitor on top of great gaming performance and low input lag we're getting the benefits we usually see from an ips panel. Great viewing angles: decent factory calibration nice colors and no dark level smearing. There are some weak points specific to this display, like lower than average contrast, and the lack of a wide color gamut may disappoint some. But overall, i think the image quality you're getting here is very good and certainly a lot better than a tn display

 Hence the difference between the benq's 24.5 inch size, one of auos favorites and the aoc's 23.8 inches, not that this size difference is noticeable in practice. Similar features said otherwise we get adaptive, sync variable refresh rate support listed as amd freesync premium, but this will work fine with both amd and nvidia gpus
