I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

💧Bioderma Hydrabio Serum Review #shorts

 After many years of trial and error, I now do hydration as the last steps of my sequence. Morning and evening, I finish off with a mist, a hydrating serum, and a moisturiser (plus or minus sunscreen).

I have both glycolic acid and retinol in my ritual (yes, you *can* use AHA and retinol together). A good level of hydration has really helped my skin to tolerate these actives. So as you have seen by the title of this video, today I'm gonna be sharing with you guys my opinion of the Bioderma Hydrabio Serum. It's a moisturizing concentrate for very dehydrated and sensitive skin. This might be one of my favorite face serums like ever

 So I'm gonna show you guys the texture right now. So as you can see the texture is very very light and nice. My skin feels absolutely amazing right now. So if you guys are looking for a very good moisturizing serum, I would definitely recommend this one to you guys

 My skin absorbs this right away, it's not sticky. There's no fragrance so it doesn't smell like anything really. So I'm gonna show you guys the texture right now. So as you can see the texture is very very light and nice

I've tried 3 sunscreens from LRP (the one for acne prone skin, the ultra comfort non perfumed one and the famous Shaka Fluid SPF50) and I didn't like either one of them. 

* The Matte one left a white cast and it was difficult to work with. 
* The Ultra Comfort one might work imo for sensitive skin as it didn't irritate me but it was too rich for my oily skin.
* The Shaka Fluid was weird in consistency and not as light as I expected, and things turned really sour when it was getting a bit old (it burned my skin).

Although I do like their Effaclar cleanser!!

*The Sensibio H2O micellar water is one product in my skincare that has been here since the beginning and I cannot go without it.

*Vichy*

*Normaderm Phytosolution Daily Gel - I haven’t tried this enough to form an opinion :( but the smell is oddly herbal

*Normaderm Cleanser - Cleanses pretty deeply, again with the odd herbal smell but it doesn't bother me too much

Alternatively, I'm curious about Avene sunscreens, if you tried any without white cast and that dry down to a satin finish!! Has anyone tried their hydrating/torelance line?? I really want a good clean moisturizer for really oily/prone to clogging skin :(

Not my fave

Bioderma Hydrabio serum is a new for me serum I’ve been trying. I was afraid I wouldn’t like it cause of the silicones but it’s very nice and hydrating so far. Embryolisse Lait crème Concentré is my fav fav fav daytime moisturiser! Nice and occlusive, just what I need for my dry skin.

I've been looking into french skincare lately and I'm curious to know which products you guys love. pharmacy products are preferred but I'll look into basically anything at this point haha.

If your face is oily you'd do best with a gel-consistency moisturizer, try the Bioderma Hydrabio Serum, that one's been my HG for years.

I am honestly very tired with this. I am a guy (in case this is relevant) and I have extremely oily skin, always did.

The problem starts when I use any kind of Moisturiser. Not only do they make me shiny (I can deal with that), but they usually give me 1 or 2 random pimples that stay forever. And they are not small, nor easy to ignore. I have tried to stop using Moisturiser all together but it doesn't sit right with me. Especially when I use all those other things. 

Routine:

🌞
Cleanser (LRP Effaclar H) 

Vitamin C (G&amp;G)

Azelaic Acid (G&amp;G)


🌙

1) Cleanser

2) Niacinamide (G&amp;G)

3) Alternating between Retinal (G&amp;G) and BHA liquid (Paula's Choice)


I also apparently should stop using these products on my eyelids cause for the first time ever, they got dry as hell and flaky.
