com you will find a few dozen different types of resistance bands and brand names, but these three I am reviewing I personally own and have used multiple times a week over an extended period of time for very challenging workouts, far more challenging than what the average person would utilize.  Because I did not acquire these with the goal of doing a comparison, but actually put to heavy use all three interchangeably, three or more times a week, and have done so now for a prolonged period, I think you might find my observations to be of value with regard to your deciding what to look for in considering a set of non-rubberband style resistance bands.  My chief criteria, because I am an advanced strength trainer who engages in challenging workouts, is safety and durability. Due to the nature of stretch latex type materials, these materials do fatigue and age, especially with heavy use and heavy stresses placed upon them

 Best of all it has a very wide pliable clear plastic sheaf covering the nylon webbing where the bands will be subjected to the most stress, which in my opinion places the least amount of wear and tear on the bands, allowing them to last longer. Indeed, the Flexsolate GIAB bands are 8 years old now and still in use, with only one having failed as it was used not in combination with another as I now recommend.  The latex bands among the three models themselves differ in that as I mentioned before, the end of the Shredbands band popped its plastic ball that provided a stop where the carabiner strap attaches. The Flexsolate GIAB bands have held up even after eight years of exposure to salt air, as I live near the ocean where everything corrodes, (even the elastic in your underwear

Comparison of Three Best-selling Brands

 I'm very impressed and couldn't be happier with the purchase. For me, at 6' 4", I needed something that would stretch and still be secure at the ends. These have a wonder full way of attaching to the ends without being overly bulky. The old ones were basically just bands wrapped around a u-bolt and secured with a very tight rubber band wrap

 Otherwise, you need not look any further for the best value. These aren't even the most expensive ones out there, but I would go on record as saying they're the best I've ever used!

 It took me a while to actually get my body to release the reservation of pushing it further than I normally would. Once you hit the limit, the anti-snap stuff kicks in and you cannot move it any further. It just stops, plain and simple. So, once you stretch it to the limit, there isn't any more to stretch, so you shouldn't ever break it or snap it in your face (or worse)

 However, they are unusable for me, so I have to dock them something. Maybe if I were not doing the particular sets I do, they would be better, but the comfort of the handle itself is also an issue. Otherwise, you need not look any further for the best value. These aren't even the most expensive ones out there, but I would go on record as saying they're the best I've ever used!

I have used Bodylastics (BL) bands since 2018 and am happy both with the bands and BL’s policy to replace damaged bands. However, my latest purchase reveals a significant change in the resistance properties of some of the bands.  I compared the resistance levels of several BL bands that I have both used for some time and recently purchased. In Oct 2018, I purchased from Amazon the “Warrior Edition” package that contained 6 bands (3lb to 30lb)

 Possible reasons for this decrease: the manufacturer of the bands has changed, Warrior bands are intentionally more resistance, or the bands differ in dimension. To test this last possibility, I measured the diameters of the two 19lb bands at their mid-points: OLD (Warrior)=14mm, NEW (std)=13mm.  Bottom line: The Bodylastics bands are very good and I am satisfied with their products and policies. I recommend them to any one who can not or does not wish to use free weights

 The equipment seems well made and it is comfortable I wanted something to help me keep in condition without taking a lot of time or a trip to the gym. I find the manual to be easier to use than the workout video. The video does show you how to adjust the length of the tubes by using your feet during workouts. I wish I had an extra door anchor so that I could complete my routines without having to move the anchor between exercises but I did converted the Small Anywhere Anchor using a piece of large swim noodle

 Bodylastics can increase the price a couple of more dollars for the DVD and the booklet even if is simple and basic but sometimes for people who just start with the bands will save a lot of time and will help them / us to start with something and start properly. All of this being written. I just hope this might have helped to someone to decide and buy the Bodylastics Elastic Bands. Please watch the pictures I uploaded so you can see the real thing

I bought a set of elastic bands for my girl and after searching and researching for pretty good bands and pretty good price I ended up buying the Aylio elastic bands to her.. why? Because they come with an outstanding booklet guide with the exercises and also they come with a really nice and very practical DVD where you can watch the videos of the exercises you want to perform so you can perform them right. Now those are for my girl because she will start her working out with the bands and pretty much starting working out again after a couple of years without working out

 I know for a fact that the elastic bands save you space and money and you don't need to go to the gym every single day and spend your money on going and coming back and stuff like that, but you can perform pretty much the same exercises you do into the gym with this bands, So I decided to buy another set of bands for me. I was about to buy the Aylio that I bought for my girl but for me, but then those became unavailable, so I saw the Bodylastics pretty much at the same price as the Aylio and then I decided to research about these Bodylastics Bands, The Aylio are pretty good indeed and they have a good reputation and a very nice warranty which is lifetime warranty but I will describe the pros and cons between them.  Pros and cons in comparison: - Both have an excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. - While Aylio have heavy duty elastic bands and they are very good, they still have some snap problems from customers with snapping bands
