The Breville Juice Fountain merits special recognition for its exceptional performance among centrifugal models. This product makes excellent mixed juice cocktails and excels in particular when it comes to extracting juice from hard produce. Although it is not a standout in juice yields, it also does quite well processing soft produce, making it a versatile machine. Best of all, you can buy this rather handsome model at a fraction of the cost of the directly comparable Elite model.
However, like many centrifugal models we tested, this one struggles a bit more when it comes to extracting juice from leafy greens. The boyfriend (24) has fatty liver? Triglyercides nearing 500 and everything else on either the bad low or high. 

I'm needing a juicer because we found out he doesn't mind the detox smoothie (detox green machine?) But it's rather expensive as it adds up. Looking to invest in a juicer but not sure I can commit to $300. 

Do they go on sale on the holidays or am I just going to see them inflated and "on sale"? 

I want to try celeery juicing to heal myself as well for postpartum recovery.

Juicer for a newbie heal fatty liver and postpartum recovery

Easy to put together,& clean. Not all produced is prossed-wet pulp

 Let's take a look at the pulp. you'll see that a lot of it went through. However, if you like massaged kale, this cuts down on the work and you can use the pulp that way as a salad or you can also just put it throw it into soups. but for solid produce I Really like the Breville because it's just so easy to assemble you can throw the whole produce in and so I would say for the ease and convenience and as far as centrifugal disks go, it really feels like it has a lot of power and I've enjoyed using it and it's just so easy and convenient to use

 As you can see here, it is dishwasher safe however with the jug in the top part I Clean and dry by hand just because I don't like water stains so in review I do recommend this Breville for the price point compared with its quality I think it's worth it if you really want to focus on getting more green juices into your diet. and I'll still get green juices with the Breville but the leafy greens are pretty tough I do get juice out of it. but like I said again, I I'll just try to utilize the leafy greens. the leafy green pulp the best I can so it really depends what your price range is

 It's not a great yield, but probably the best you'll find for this price range. This thing is a beast, it's very very heavy and bulky. It requires constant cleaning and scrubbing for the strainer, the juice catcher, the pulp container, the blade receptacle and any sort of lids associated with this. It's a pain and it's extremely time-consuming

All centrifugal juicers in this price range suffer from the same problem, that's probably just how it is

 I will taste it. For you guys though, it's not bad. I don't like kale and I don't like kale juice, but the apple makes it drinkable. Make sure you clean the juicer right after you finish juicing, especially the mesh filter

 Other parts can be put on the top rack of your dishwasher. I'll choose apples, carrots, oranges, and kale to see how the Breville performs. I'm gonna juice three medium apples. The machine is plugged in and once you turn the toggle to high or slow, the machine will automatically start

 The pitcher just slides out. Move the locking arm down, take the food pusher out, lift up the cover, hold the base of the juicer, and turn the spout. This lifts right up, hold the filter bolts around upside down, and the filter comes right out. Now we'll assemble the unit, put the filter bolts around on top of the base

 I've got four oranges here. Make sure they're peeled and most of the white pith is removed. otherwise your juice will be bitter. so I'll juice my oranges on the low setting

Had this on my Breville Juice Fountain Crush and I'm 99.9998% sure it was from hard water. Managed to get rid of most of the residue by (patiently) scrubbing it with a soft-ish brillo pad and vinegar.

Does anyone know how to clean this buildup on my Kuvings juicer parts. I've owned an Omega and the same thing happened on that machine too even with prompt cleaning on both.  Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

cleaning juicer

 I have not had to put any parts in the dishwasher and do not believe I ever will need to. However, I'm certain they would withstand a dishwashing because this is a VERY sturdy machine. Start to finish, I have it down to under four minutes. I clean it each and every time I use it, as soon as I have consumed the drink because it has the most nutrients when you drink it as soon as possible after being created

  If you want a great product and can afford it, then the Breville is an excellent unit. Of course, I have experience with just one other model, so keep that in mind. The fact it doesn't do greens well makes it four stars instead of five.  Could you get a machine of this quality from another manufacturer that is as easy to clean at this price? I doubt it

, I do not think it gets much out of these. When I put a few leaves in, I do not see much juice at all coming out of the spout. I think for these types of leafy veggies, a masticating juicer is needed.  The issue has been brought up about the speed and heat produced by the grinding disk destroying the vital enzymes and nutrients

 You do need to spend a fair amount of $$ to get quality, and the health benefits that accrue will make this a small investment in your overall well-being. Plus, the cost is nothing compared to what you'll pay for the stuff you're shoving down the barrel to make that nutrient-rich juice. Trust me on that. Our fresh produce bill has nearly doubled the past three weeks

Great juicer, a bit pricey

It is FAST, juices everything perfectly aside from berries and soft produce. It is very easy to clean and use as well.
