As far as the upper there has been a change from the previous generation so before we'd been talking about their 3d last and it really been designed to be like this sock-like upper that sort of molded around your foot. So it would stretch - and you could see how nicely it did stretch around people's feet

 This sizing still feels great on this. That'S one of the nice things with brooks is you can feel pretty consistent across the board that, if you are, you know, 11 and a half you're gon na be fine pivoting over to 11 and a half in the new version, some of the stuff, a few Generations ago, especially in the adrenaline, if you were in like the pre, like the adrenaline 17 18, a lot of times, we found we had to go up a half. We haven't really had that much of an issue that on the on the new stuff again, because it feels pretty roomy and now by making it more breathable. I think that's going to help people that that may be on the cusp of needing a different width feel comfortable in this version

 The shop is think of it as like: a horseshoe, that's just sitting behind your heel and every time you try to rotate laterally medially, no matter what you do, no matter which way you're going it's going to try to hold you into more of a neutral posture And that's going to take pressure off your ankles off your knees off your hips. Even if you open up a box of a brooks running shoe box, it has a whole little diagram of how this new holistic approach is going to help with knees and ankles and everything else, by keeping everything nice and in line. As i tell you when they come in here and we fit them out, you know if we can kind of get your foundation right. If we can get your feet going in the right way, a lot of times, things will just kind of line up, but if you're already taking a step and something is going the wrong way, no matter which way it's going to go, your knee goes out of Line everything goes out of line

 If somebody was maybe they needed a little more width and they didn't want to go too wide. They can get a little bit more forgiveness, because the shoe would adapt on your foot. So now we've had this new engineered, more breathable upper, and it definitely feels a little bit lighter. I think that might be where some of the weight shed on this, because a lot of the framework looks pretty similar before, but it definitely feels a little more airier and it definitely feels a little bit lighter and more breathable

 You be more of efficient runner walker anyway, so we might as well kind of keep all that momentum straight down the middle. Even if you have no real injury stuff, that's bugging you, the nice thing with the holistic guide rails and that's what they call is their holistic guide rails. Is that it's only there if you need it, so i use the term in here a lot stability when stability is needed. So what that means to me is if you're somebody who just runs straight neutral and you never have any side to side issues

 It'S just a nice great all-around shoe that you can do a little bit of everything in for a neutral runner. It'S fine for a stable runner, it's great for a walking shoe for a gym shoe the brooks adrenaline 22. It'S a fantastic option out there and again, because it comes in so many widths. You have a lot of options out there from color and to make sure it fit and feels perfect for you

 Conversely, on the outside there's another little bumper here, that's designed to keep you from rolling from this side to the outside, so whether you're somebody who rolls in or somebody who rolls out this shoe is going to try to guide you and keep you right smack in The middle take pressure off the hips, the knees, the ankles, keeping all your momentum going forward, and i say you know when you watch people when you watch them, walk or run if you're, seeing too much side to side. Even if you're not complaining of any injuries - and i have this conversation with customers quite frequently where they really feel comfortable more in a neutral shoe, even though they know that they might go this way or that way and nothing's bothering them and that's totally fine. But i always say that any momentum, that's carrying you one way or the other is just sort of wasted energy. If we can kind of keep everything going down the middle, it's going to just help

Beautiful shoes toe box small

 The laces are that nice, flexible soft lace, so you get nice flex on the top of your foot. It'S got a padded ankle collar and a fairly stiff heel counter. You know it felt good around my foot ultimately very comfortable. I like how it feels, as i'm running so uh brooks claims

 You know a lot of brook shoes fit the same to me. You know this is very similar to the ghost 13. They even look almost identical. You know nice stretchy, engineered mesh upper, it's got a gusseted tongue so that gusseted tongue really helps with the tongue for moving around, but it also helps with a little fit in the mid-foot area

 I had no issues with heel slip. It'S got a padded heel counter. You know, ultimately, i i liked how this felt on my foot. It fit great okay

 Ounces, which is great they've, done a good job. Keeping this light on a stability shoe. You know it's lost weight from the last two iterations. I really like the direction they're going in good job brooks drop and stack 11 millimeter drops on the 21, that's one millimeter less than on the 20, which had 12 millimeter drop
