I also have Burton Process Flying-V 159 (hybrid rocker), but I don't really like how it handles in hard snow. I am more used to ride aggressive cambers that have good edge hold. As boots I have Deeluxe ID double BOA's. From splits I have been looking into Weston Backwoods Carbon 160 and Jones Solution 161 (I think 158 is too short for me in pow).

Now I'm thinking that maybe I should've gotten the Burton Process Flying V 162W instead, it'd be better on the foot size I'm sure. According to their website the Blossom is somewhere between happy medium and stiff and aggressive in stiffness, meanwhile, the Flying V is soft and playful. Those two factors seem to point toward the Flying V instead of the Blossom. Now here comes the last bit of detail.

Flying V is garbage. So is the Skate Banana. The Protosynthesis is more a freestyle board than an all-mtn one, tbh, and NS is hit or miss, in my experience: some people swear by their hybrid profiles, others hate them.

I ride the Flying V more because it’s a little floatier in powder and a little more forgiving for my old body. The Camber is slightly more aggressive and can hold an edge better on ice it will be less forgiving.
