I have always loved these mittens and their easy on design. However the 5/6 size are TINY! My boy is 3 and they almost don't fit. I've already gotten rid of my kid's previous pair but I'm sure they are actually the same size as the smaller versions. We will try to make it work for this year with them but was really hoping to get 2 years out of them

I was so over wrestling my two year old while putting on gloves and mittens! We're outside all winter long and these are very easy to slip on. She's 2, on the smaller size, but I ordered the 4T so could put her hand in the mitten with a woven mitten as a layer too for times when she is riding along on hikes in a carrier and not creating heat when stationary. The heat packet pocket is small but I can stuff one in there when needed.  So far they seem good- we have only had them a few weeks so I can't speak to durability but I mainly bought for ease and convenience so they met our need
