 As you can see, you know, really I was able to do everything I needed to with the Jaws Full Tour at the golf course, plus, you know, it's a really smart looking design. You've got the two finishes to choose from and yeah, you know, the spin's really great, the level of control, the level of versatility. You know, my one thing is I'd probably say they're not quite the nicest feeling wedges I've ever tested. They don't feel bad in any way, but you know, there are certainly some out there that feel a little bit softer down at impact, but you know, that's been really nitpicking

 So with that shot, you open up the face and if you miss it, your tendency is to hit it towards the toe side, so you know, that's why you have those full face grooves to retain spin and control. Although we've focused on shots around the green with the full toe wedges, you know, stuff that is designed to do, it's still ideal on the full shots as well. You know, I've got about 100 yards to the pin, got the 50, 60 degree and the flight that this has given me, it's just hitting that kind of controlled window I like, not too high, not too low, just that kind of middle flight that really suits my eyes. So although they're fantastic around the greens, when you're faced with full approach shots, trying to stick it close, they do the job

I could tell the club had been a used one. It was not new.

 So that's basically taking some of the weight out of the different parts of the head moving it to others so we'll see the slightly thicker kind of top toe area of the wedge on the higher lofts and that's to really help with the ball flight moving the CG around so that we get that consistent ball flight and we don't get shots that just loop up in the air all the time, we're actually getting some nice flight on those pitch shots that you're hitting. So we're going to take these out to the short game area here at Howley Hall, I'm going to play a variety of different shots with the different lofts on there as well so some with the 50s, 60s and the 60s, some bunker shots, flock shots, pitch shots, a variety of different ones. We're going to go up there now, play a few of these and then come back in and I'll tell you exactly what I think. So now I've been able to go and test these out on the short game area as you've seen, I hit lots of different shots out there and do you know what I actually like them, I wasn't expecting to, it's not the sort of shape I would generally go for and sat behind the ball it looks a little bit odd to me because I've always played a more traditional style of wedge really but the benefits really are that extra bit of bounce compared to the ones I use really just help get it through the turf and particularly when you're playing those bunker shots it was very easy to do that as well

 It comes in this wedge as standard and with this nice Callaway Grey Lampkin grip on it as well so it's a UTX Lampkin grip with just the Callaway Chevron on the front of it there which is you know a pretty popular grip anyway with a lot of people. So the technology side of it other than the full face groove that we've spoken about is the variable weight port and CG sort of technology that we have.  Now the Full Toe range has really been designed to move CG around in the head, really make them very forgiving but also encompassing that full face groove and the Jaws technology that they've got within their current MD5 wedges as well. So the face on this features an offset groove in groove technology so you can see that in between each groove there are actually other grooves set at a slight angle to really increase the grip and the spin that you're going to get on the golf ball. Now the ones that have been sent here are 56 and 60 degree wedges and in both finishes that are offered so this kind of black finish and then the chrome style there as well. But this wedge is available from 54 degree all the way up to 60 and then a 64 degree option as well

 It will fight back if you try to hit it with a full swing. It's awesome if/when you do pull off that mile high flop that sails over the bunker and lands like a butterfly, but you'd better practice that before just whipping it out during a competitive round. Good luck!

This is a great tool!

 He says " he likes the grip, the full face groves, and the control is far superior to his last wedge. Also hadn't had that control since pingzing2. That's a hella statement.

I needed a club for 30-50 yard approach shots. This is the answer. Excellent Callaway quality. Great for short chips and pitches

 I liked the straight leading edge and the full toe design I think they are great but it just felt bad when I would hit shots with it. Compared to the SM8 that it would have replaced it just didn't feel right. I love Callaway clubs and outside of my two SM8 wedges (Gap and Sand) my bag is all Callaway. If the team could make the club a heavier swing weight and somehow change the feel of the club maybe make it a forged club I would be very interested in it

I gave this wedge a try because it is based off the PM Grind that Callaway / Roger Cleveland did such a fantastic job with. I was disappointed with this wedge because it felt cheap and in my mind didn't have enough weight to get through the sand or heavy rough.
