I was looking for a clean fragrance and I saw a lot of people recommended Eternity. It must not work with my body chemistry because I just do not like the scent of it. It reminds me of what an elderly woman would wear. I'm going to give it to a friend

 It's sophisticated (but not in the frumpy old lady way) and its scent comes in gentle waves rather than as a wall of smell. Overall it was a great and accidental surprise that she now wears just about every day.

This is coming off of the SOTD thread.  I mentioned that I am starting a new job today so I reached for my most inoffensive blind reach fragrance. Dior Homme Eau. Its what I wear when I don't know what to wear and need to be subtle/gentle with my fragrance.

I realized this is what I reach for most often because I don't know what else to wear with a quick decision. Which makes me wonder;

This is a very light and sophisticated smelling fragrance. I would recommend to most woman or as a gift to someone that you really like or love.

 I know other reviews say Eternity is not as strong as it used to be, but when I spray samples in stores, the smell lasts all day - not barely an hour. Plus I have a small bumpy rash where I sprayed which I have never had before - after using Eternity without a problem for many years. I do not think this is the real thing - even selling and shipping from Amazon. Very disappointed in Amazon and have contacted customer service about this
