 So you can pop all the contents and then squeeze it down nice and tight, keep it nice and safe and stop it from moving around. Take a look at the back. We'Ve got some great systems in place here, designed to keep you nice and cool first. One is this air director on the back here: it's channel up the middle just allow there to circulate up through the bag, keeping you nice and cool

 Also got nice lightweight, shoulder straps as well. Its got the women's specific curve in them as well just to keep everything nice and comfortable, and the fleece lining as well to prevent it irritating your skin again with the mesh and padding on there to keep you nice and cool got loops on both sides. So you can feed the hose through and also a chest clip as well. This is fully adjustable

 Then, if we start at the top here, we've got a pocket which leads into a fleece-lined compartment. This is great form of your sunglasses. You, mp3 player, keeps everything nice and protected in front of that we have the zips just lead into the main compartment, just quite a large compartment this. So you can fit with your bits and pieces in there, as you can see, also got a couple of compression straps on the side there just squeeze everything down which you've got it in there

Roomy and Comfortable

Bought to wear at Disney and to take on our hikes but my water leaked out and ran down my backside. Although refreshing, I would have rather drank the water 💧 than wear it. I sent it back and bought another one.

  An upgrade from my old CamelBak is the elastic chest strap. It provided me with better comfort and convenience when trying to zip and unnzip my jacket.

Great all in one pack for women!

This bag has its pro's and cons.  One of the biggest flaws for me is the non-zipping hip pocket. So impractical when hiking. It's nothing but a good way to lose an item on the trail

 It holds enough water for a day hike. You can also easily add water bottles to the side pockets without issue. There is no quick release on the bladder though so it can be cumbersome to refill.

 It fit me and my short torso without issue and with even weight distribution. I was able to fit the bladder, a sweatshirt, basic first aid kit, some snacks, keys, mask, sanitizer, wallet, phone, and my poles on it for a day hike. The side pockets are neat, the stretch so they don't restrict how much the bag opens when you are looking for stuff or loading it up.  The bladder itself has a little hanger in the back and it funnels out through clips and loops on the bag

 So impractical when hiking. It's nothing but a good way to lose an item on the trail. The front pocket also isn't secure, it pops open if you put stuff in it.  For a 20L bag this is designed spaciously inside

Good for small torsos

 It was comfortable and I loved the clip in front to keep the hose easily accessible. I also loved the nozzle switch to keep it closed and prevent leaking.

This is a great pack for longer hikes. I used it specifically for a couple of 11+ mile hikes and the water capacity in the bladder was perfect. The pack is spacious for extra snacks, a jacket, sunblock and even an extra water bottle. I would probably not use this size pack for a shorter, 6 mile hike because I would not need so much space, but for longer hikes it was perfect
