 It's a little bit of a mix of both worlds between a sintered and an extruded base. So it's kind of like a high quality extruded base that is a little bit harder than your normal extruded base, so it's kind of a cool mix there. You still get some benefits from a sintered base, but it's still an extruded base kind of somewhere in the middle. And it comes with a four and a half out of 10 flex

 It's pretty forgiving in takeoffs and landings. I do like that it has a little bit of that positive camber, so always you can get a lot more energy back from it. For a lightweight rider, I like the four and a half out of 10 flex because I don't have to put too much energy into it to get that energy back. On a stiffer board, because I'm a lighter rider, it takes a little bit more effort

 And that brings us to park. Feel like this board is forgiving enough if you've never been in the park before, this board could take you there and it won't be too aggressive. To learn jibs in small to medium features, this would be great for that. It is playful enough to where you don't have to worry about catching an edge on a box

 So you can play around on it, you can take it out in the park, you can throw some spins off some cat tracks and butter it around if you want. I feel like the medium flex, it's just soft enough in order to twist the board a lot and be able to turn it into some tight terrain, but it's just stable enough that it holds together when you're hitting bumps and stuff. It's not a hard charging board. It's not a straight lining board

Capita Paradise 2023 Snowoard Review

Looking to buy a new women’s flexi board for park and natural hits on the mountain. Currently have a Jones dream catcher for pow and all mountain and looking for something softer to butter and spin on runs. Does anyone have any recommendations?

 So with the profile here, we have an all-terrain V3 profile. So we have kind of a subtle camber in the middle with a rocker in the nose and tail. So it's going to help in the power but it's going to give you that really good edge hold from a camber that we all know and love and it's also going to lock on the rails just a little bit easier as well. So with the flex, we have a 5 out of 10, so a medium flex which I would definitely agree with

With it, we have an FSC certified dual core so that's a Poplar core and we have an eco-friendly Magic Beans resin with Biax glass

2019 Capita Paradise Women's Snowboard Review

Finally replacing my old K2 Fling (2009) and after 10+ years of not keeping up with the market am feeling pretty overwhelmed.

Tried an old 145 Burton cruzer a while back and really liked it so I’d love for something with a similar feel.

I’m mainly looking for an all mountain board but am occasionally doing some park (mostly rails n ollies). Right now I’m looking at a 152 Salomon Wonder (2022), but was recommended the Capita Space Metal Fantasy and Bataleon Disaster. 

I wear a women’s 7 boots, am 5’5 and 120lbs.  

Any thoughts/advice?

Need a new board after 10+ years

I currently have the Capita paradise cruiser and have loved that board for the past 2 years but I want something a little more advanced and something more park focused instead of all mountain. I am leaning more towards the space metal fantasy because I spend most of my time hitting jibs and from what I’ve read, the space metal fantasy will be better for that.
