Good but insufficient vibration alarm

 Although it lacks the solar and atomic functionality of the G-shocks I've had in the past, this one is easier to use and looks way better. I really like the countdown timer with vibrate alert, easy access to other time-zones, and ability to have the light come on automatically when you turn your wrist to view the watch at night. This negative display is much easier to read than the GX-56BB that I just returned. The watch is medium sized

 When you buy a watch based on its reputation for toughness, this should not happen.  I've owned a few G-shocks and this is by-far the best looking. **Update** I hate to say it, but the quality on this watch is a huge question mark at this point. I've never really worn this watch in water- maybe in the shower, but not frequently. Never in the pool or submerged.

UPDATED: Medium sized G-shock, looks stealthy, functions really well.... Love the timer.

 The features are pretty standard for a G-shock, and although it may not have as many bells and whistles as some of the more expensive G-shocks, it was more than sufficient for my everyday needs. Because of their dependability, this is my third Casio G-shock in 25 years, and so far, the GD 350 has lived up to my expectations. I would definitely recommend.

It has a VIBRATING ALARM!

  Overall, the sleek n' slick display is easy to read and see, the gold number digits and words are rich and vibrant, no problems with seeing in low light conditions, the vibration capability, which to me, serves as like a excellent silent mode function of the watch, is perfect for libraries, quiet places, meetings, movies, also the fair amount of useful options, like the timezone mode, is great for traveling, as for the stopwatch and timer, is great for doing activities at given times, sports, etc and of course, checking time and date, makes this watch really stand out. Alright, alright, I'm not going to brag anymore about this watch too much now lol, sorry, but I think it's one of the best G-Shocks out there, in my opinion. And last but not least, you gotta love the stealthy-black look!!!! Absolutely tough, highly functional, beautiful, gorgeous-looking watch. My first Casio 'G-Shock' watch and it's ROCKIN'! LOVE IT

 You are able to set time zones and account for Daylight Savaging Time. My Timex was easier to navigate than the G Shock but nothing too difficult after tinkering for a few minutes and going through the manual provided. Other neat functions include an auto light fiction that turns the led back light on when you turn your wrist to look at the watch and the vibrate function if you don't want the beeping noise for an alarm. It's a big watch but not heavy or too bulky, at least for me

 Comfortable so far and no complaints yet and I'm completely happy with this watch. A bit more than what I paid for my $40 Timex but I feel that his watch will last a lot longer is a superior watch overall. Hope this helps!

Up to today I usually wear one of the Timex Expedition watches that also have a negative display (generally white numbers/letters on a black background). I was in the market for another watch because the Timex was getting worn down over the past year and a half. I was on the look out for a more durable watch that looked great and came across this G Shock and was immediately intrigued. After looking at other reviews, pictures, and video reviews I decided to give the watch a try and ordered it

 I love that you can set the light to stay on for different lengths of time. You can even set the light to automatically turn on when you raise your wrist to check the time. All-in-all, I’m not sure you can do any better when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck with this watch! Casio G Shock hit this one out of the park! I added bullbars to mine because it adds a little extra protection (not that it reallys needs it at all), and I love the look it adds to it. Hope this helps when making your decision

This watch is absolutely fantastic! I always wanted a G Shock and I did a ton of research before buying. The look, the features, everything was right, so I bought. I’ve been extremely happy. The buttons are not too hard to press, the text is clear and reads easy even though it’s a negative display

 Feels like it has a nice subtle motor that is of quality. As big as the watch is, it is light and wears really nice. The world Time is amazing. The light to make the face visible in dark settings works really well
