First and foremost, good quality ingredients like what I've mentioned, as what I've mentioned rather, salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin D. Next is that this offers gentle exfoliation and I say that because exfoliating is very important especially if you have combination to oily skin or oily skin. Third, it is mild and gentle, not irritating at all

 Hyaluronic acid helps retain the skin's natural moisture. Niacinamide helps calm skin, non-comedogenic, allergy tested and fragrance free, developed with dermatologists. How to use? Massage cleanser into skin in a gentle circular motion and rinse. AM: CeraVe Renewing SA Cleanser, pixi Glow Tonic, Cosrx Advanced Snail 96 (freaking love this stuff), CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. PM: Same, with Cetaphil Redness Reducing Night Moisturizer instead of the SPF moisturizer. Keep in mind that this is my PLAN, but it often ends up being once a day, either am or pm, not typically both.

[Selfie] Depression is a real bitch when it comes to self-care, and my skincare is always hardest hit, but I've finally made progress against my all-or-none thinking and realized that missing yesterday's routine doesn't mean there's no point in doing it today. Here's to small victories!

 SN: (for example my setting spray by NYX contains salicylic acid….ouch) If you are semi-sensitive to certain ingredients it’s crucial that you read the label and know what exactly you’re putting on your skin. I would recommend this to anyone who has mild breakouts; I do not know how well it would work for someone with cystic acne or nodular lesions. Hope this helps someone
