 It's more powerful, but not in an overpowering fragrance type of way. More so in a power suit, pearls, female CEO, girl boss type of way. I don't know, when I imagine Chanel Chance Eau Tondre eau de parfum as a living being, I imagine this really strong feminine persona. It's a very beautiful fragrance

 It's become known lovingly as the pink one. It's a floral, fruity fragrance with top notes of grapefruit and quince, an iris accord, and cedarwood, amber, and white musk notes in the trail. When you spray the Eau de Toilette, it's very light, very floral, feminine, slightly sensual, but incredibly fresh. It's definitely a crowd pleaser, and out of all of the Eau de Toilette interpretations of Chance, this is by far the most popular

Bottle was smallest ever and I paid more for the little bottle than bigger one at local vendor. So I was a little unhappy but still the best perfume ever

For me, L’Amour by Lalique gives so y h bang for the buck. It smells exactly like Chanel Chance Eau Tendre but costs 75% less.  I always get compliments when I wear it.

 I always preferred like fruity floral type scents, not anymore. Chanel Chance Eau Tendre has always been my favorite perfume, and thankfully I do still love that one, but all other ones in that kind of category are just blah to me now or kinda smell sour.

All my favorite fragrances pretty much smell gross to me anymore. I used to like a lot of the Ariana Grande perfumes, they all smell like either pickles or play-doh to me now. So I lost my ability to smell for an entire year after having Covid in September 2020. I was devastated because perfumes and candles are one of my few joys in life. I literally mourned it and was sad for a while. You really don't apprciate things until they are gone. I read that it would only last a few months, but it really lasted an entire year for me. (I am fully vaccinated now even  with the booster so hopefully this won't happen again)

The first time I realized I had my sense of smell back was when I first caught smell of my shampoo that I had been using and I fell in love!I don't know if this was tied to me being excited that my smell was back fully and I actually enjoyed how something smelled or what. Strangely my perception of smell is different and I find myself drawn to gourmand sweet scents, where as I was not before Covid. My favorite fragrances from before don't smell as nice to me as they did and they don't smell the same. Albeit they smell nice, they just don't do it for me anymore. My whole perception is different and it makes me realize how everyone has different tastes is completely true. When they said you would get your smell back after covid, I haven't seen anywhere where people have said their smell perception is not the same. It's like I have someone else's nose now. Not complaining though, I'm happy to enjoy scents again.

Long story short, the shampoo that brought me back is the OGX Organix Biotin and Collagen. I love that scent so much that I have been on the hunt for a perfume that smells like it. Surprisingly, I've found that Aquolina Pink Sugar Eau de Toilette smells almost exactly like my shampoo. I wanted to put this out there just in case someone else was on the hunt for that fragrance also. I also wanted to see if anyone else has gone through something similar.

The scent isn't the same as other bottles I've purchased of thelis perfume. The scent isn't quite the same and it definitely doesn't last. Very unhappy with this purchase.

On the other hand, Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDT is an absolutely favorite and I want to always own a 5 oz/155 ml size because I reach for it often, in all kinds of weather, and for all kinds of occasions. Step #4 - Buy the fragrance.

What I mean by collecting philosophy is basically, **how do you go about curating your collection?** What are the "rules" of your collection-building process?

For example, my collecting philosophy more or less looks like:

* 3 cool weather bottles (Tom Ford Noir Extreme; Dior Homme Intense; Cartier de Santos).
