I am extremely disappointed in Procter & Gamble

 Either they're lacking quality control, or this was just another attempt by a large corporation to reduce the amount and quality of product consumers receive when they purchase a product they've come to trust. Not cool, P&G, not cool.

I've been a loyal Charmin customer for almost 40 years and have used Mega rolls since that size came out. I was disappointed with Super Mega due to it not being able to fit on a regular tp holder. However, the multiple negative changes that have occurred in last year have been much worse: size of Mega sheets have shrunk - width is so skinny like cheap tp at gas stations or the like. Thickness has become thin often tears raggety

Otherwise, it would no longer be worth the price paid for more premium tp when quality is like something cheaper

Decline in quality & value in last year

I've used Charmin for years, and couldn't get it for months! Now that it's back fairly regular on the shelves, it's not the same! My toilet paper holder used to only hold 4 rolls of Charmin. Now it holds SIX of the exact same kind I've always purchased! It's nowhere near AS SOFT or big! Honest. This is a plea, not a complaint! Please don't be in such a hurry to keep shelves stocked that you sacrifice the quality! It feels like gas station tp, and I'm sincerely not kidding! Don't skimp on the fluffiness!

 When I asked she told me it was Charmin Ultra Soft. I don't understand why I can no longer buy this product in AZ or why it would differ from one state to another. Very disappointed and will be switching brands.
