Not the same as when it was Charmin Plus

Reduction of quality.

I used to love this product but it has changed. Been using this for years and the last 2 orders have been no where near as soft. The pattern on it also doesn't match the pictured pattern that they have on the ad. Disappointed

Why still say lotion when there is none

 It is still okay and one plus over the Sensitive is that the Ultra Gentle soaks up water in the commode quicker than the Sensitive did, the lotion content was high enough in the Sensitive that the oil & water principal came into play & it would float and take forever to soak in the water and would cause flushing issues. But, the Ultra Gentle may take a few seconds or so longer than standard TP but nothing like the former Sensitive. I would buy again but if you're wanting the same level of lotion feel of the Sensitive you may not be completely satisfied with the Ultra Gentle.

I purchased Charmin Ultra Gentle because it was supposed to be a replacement for their former Charmin Sensitive as it contains lotion and aloe, too. The Ultra Gentle is soft but does not provide the same lotion feel that the Sensitive did.
