Chris Reeve Knives and Best Chris Reeve Knife Reviews - BladeReviews
Chris’ knives are generally the standard by which high-end cutlery can be measured. The profess to achieve tolerances that rival the aerospace industry, and use materials that don’t compromise in strength and quality. They achieved something that was remarkable, when the Sebenza debuted the thought of purchasing a $300 pocket knife was largely laughable, but CRK was able to justify that cost by quality firstly, but also by their brand ethos
I’ve broken a bunch of knives and have settled on the Chris Reeve Sebenza. I think it’s the perfect knife and mine has lasted for years and years.

This Is Where Some of America’s Best Pocket Knives Are Made
We stroll into the back room to the hum and grind of CNC lathes milling blades, frames and scales. Shouting above the whirr of metal, Tim elaborates: “Chris developed a school of thought ... a standard for how to make a knife. He knew how to make things right. Our job is to scale up production while maintaining quality systems to achieve his vision.”The heir to this knife legacy seems to be doing just that quite well.
I don't see the appeal of the Chris Reeve Sebenza. I'm sure it has excellent function, and it is obviously an iconic knife (for whatever reason), but I don't find it particularly attractive, and it is explicitly not fidget-friendly as flicking it open habitually will void the warranty. With SO MANY great options these days, I want a knife to be both very attractive and have incredible, addictive action.
Chris Reeve Knives Large Sebenza 21 Review | BladeReviews.com
Still CRK continues to do very well, and I don’t doubt that success will continue for a long time. The Large Sebenza is a great example of this, as it is both great knife and modern a classic. I think it’s worth having in any higher end collection
