 This is one of my favorite moisturizers, if not my favorite gel cream that I've ever used. And so when I heard that they were reformulating, I got really, really nervous. But I've been doing a comparison for the last week of the two, and I'm here to give you my full review and to give you a rundown of whether or not this was an upgrade, if this reformulation was necessary and all the details. So if that sounds good, stick around and let's delve right in

 I would actually say that I prefer the original formula. When I heard this was getting reformulated, I was so nervous because I usually end up hating the product that gets changed. However, to be honest, this is super subtle. The changes are very, very subtle

But basically it's an ingredient that's really rich in nutrients and it helps to break down larger molecules into smaller molecules so that it can penetrate your skin better which then helps to plump the skin and give your skin a nice smooth appearance. And those are two of the key objectives of Moisture Surge. There's a lot of focus on like plumpness, smoothness and obviously hydration as well
