The reason for the 3 star rating is the pre-connected pole set up is not user friendly. It’s very difficult to set up and break down with one end pre connected. You can remove that side but the way it’s built, it appears like repeatedly removing it will wear out the plastic connection. I have an older Coleman tent with the slide through poles, still works great but I needed something bigger

Not large enough for 2 queen mattresses

5 x 10 footprint, it was more than big enough for two adults, and a portable dog crate. And while the setup is pretty straight forward, I take issue with the 5 minute claim. I would say 10 minutes is more realistic. But yeah, it's still pretty simple

Cons: A 5 minute setup, only if you've done it 10 times. The rain fly should extend a little further in the front. Having the poles permanently attached to the tent is actually a little frustrating. An extra door would be helpful

We got this tent because we trust the Coleman name. We have not had a chance to use it yet but we practiced setting it up. The tent is a great size especially the fact that a 6 foot person can stand up in it.

 It is easy to set up, the directions are pretty easy to follow. The lighting feature is a nice touch. It is a good value for the money.
