Although it’s sturdy and maneuvers well on flat terrain, testers found it more difficult to maneuver in rough terrain, on hills, and going up and down curbs. Adjusting the harness requires some rethreading of the straps, but the adjustments are smooth enough.

 Definitely an upgrade from the previous version and take a look at this 5-point harness system. It is a one-touch release boom and it's very simple to use. So sometimes you might have like grandma or grandpa taking the twins out of the stroller and sometimes it could be difficult but certainly, certainly not here. And the Version 2 comes standard with these removable napper bars

 It literally has shock absorbers anywhere concrete, grass you're going to be set. Oh stop it. No literally stop it. This is the brake for the stroller that's so easy to use

Contours Options Elite V2 Double Stroller Review

 Because of the nice roomy seats, it is also very wide for a tandem and I find it a real tight squeeze through a lot of doors. It also takes up a lot of room in the back of my Hyundai Santa Fe, way more than my previous stroller. And finally, it does not come with snack/drink trays. This is a real no-brainer with kiddos, and for a stroller this expensive I did not expect to have to pay more money to buy snack trays

 I like the adjustable handle bar and removable kid’s lap bars. It maneuvers very well for a long tandem stroller. The wheels pop on and off really easily which is nice for cleaning or just storing differently. I like all the different seat configurations available

Nice quality but not super practical

 I would suggest also seeing our review for Contra's legacy convertible stroller for comparison. It has a lot of the same features made by the same company and is even the same price. What do you think of this double stroller's features? Let me know your thoughts and experience in the comments below. My pros for this product are I love its elegant design, the seven different seating modes, the padding for comfort and its safety features

Contours Options Elite V2 Double Stroller from Kolcraft Assembly + Review

 The front ones are 8 inches. Now these are 360 degree swivel wheels in front. They do not lock straight but this isn't a jogging stroller so you're not going to need to lock them straight which is fantastic. Like I said it's not designed to jog

Contours Options Elite Stroller Review

 I like the secure stroller breaks. I like that the stroller can stand up in closed position on its own (though easy to push over). I like that safety bar for each seat is easy to remove. It took me only 30 minutes to put the stroller together

 The video pro definitely makes it look easier than it is to close and perhaps it just takes a lot of practice. The adult’s drink cup holder seems cheaply made; it is flimsy, small, and can only be used on cold drinks. The footrests needs more vertical length. The chairs itself could be more cushioned for both the backrest and seat

 Now to where I think the stroller needs improvements. It is not easy to close. My husband and I both struggle to get the stroller to fold up. The front wheels have to be facing forward, the seats must be in forward facing position and sitting up, the footrest must be in second position, and there’s this tricky tilt while pulling both closing levers on the sides of handlebars in order to close it

This stroller is a fantastic double stroller. It was very easy to setup and is lightweight. Many double strollers can be difficult to maneuver, but not this one! There are a couple negatives which I will get out of the way. First, when it is folded up for transport, I wish the main handle would fold flat to decrease its footprint

Now these wheels have stuff on the top like this and this wheel have perpendicular rods, right? So you want to first start with the perpendicular rod. Because actually you're going in a flight or somewhere, right? You want to make sure it's easily storable

 This front to back stroller will make getting through stores and crowds a lot easier. The only reason I did not rate this a 5 is because it’s a little difficult to turn and I would have preferred it to fold down a little tighter to save some space during travel.
