I like this LED. I like the tone. It has high CRI, maybe more than 90 according to the description

I think it looks similar to a Nichia 219b at the same color temp, but with less magenta tint. The light itself is well-built and all the machining looks nice and clean. The dual tube design looks really nice.

Edit: Convoy S11 GT-FC40 is pretty cool. Cheap way to get an FC40. Needs longer batteries or some spacers to work well though. Edit 2: changed "deep red" to "red".

Absolutely, especially to someone who's not enthusiast-level (yet). Better if it's discounted, though. I bought this light of my own accord and with my own money. Nothing was exchanged for this review, not even a discount.

It has the worst tint I’ve ever seen, got it as an upgrade for my S1R baton 2 and it’s worse in every way. Convoy S11 with GT-FC40, driver is broken or something on mine. On turbo it flickers and drops out, had to solder a few things back together after just trying to look around, eventually had to program it to the mode where 50% is the max.
