Is the Vertix 2 "worth it" over the Vertix 1?

But yes other than screen size, and gopro, insta360 camera control, onboard music, and a few other features, I would say no its not worth the large price gap, unless those things are important to you, which in my case they were, so I went with the Vertix 2.

This behemoth of a GPS watch has a few things to iron out

For the money I think that is currently the best value device that COROS offers. I sold my Vertix to buy a Fenix. And regretted it after a few weeks. And when the Vertix 2 launched i sold the Fenix On eBay to buy the Vertix2.

Any regrets transitioning from. Garmin to coros?

And I felt like the Garmin had more glitches. So when they announced the Vertix 2 with maps, I immediately sold the Fenix online and got the Coros Vertix 2. And I will say, while Coros doesn’t have quite as many features, it has a way smoother user experience. And the features it does have, it does better.

Fenix 6 or Apex Pro/Vertix1

I have a Vertix 2 and use GAIA to bring in routes, which is simple enough to export to COROS app and sync to watch, all from mobile. I have found that the breadcrumb navigation with map underlay is really all I need. COROS syncs great to Strava and will also import your saved routes from there. I know it connects to runalyze but I have not used that, so can’t attest.

A couple of months ago I switched from a Garmin 645m to the Vertix 2. I previously had a 235. Overall, I am very happy with my COROS. I was quite unhappy with Garmin before I switched.

Thoughts on VERTIX 2 and live stream event?

I was very excited as I wanted to migrate from Garmin to Coros as i am a big fan. But for me there is no reason to move:(. Vertix in my country cost like 850 usd due to import and vat - so Vertix 2 will be around 1000 usd +. Compared to Fenix 6 ( that is 550 usd in my country ) Vertix 2 does not have:.
