Okay so this keyboard has Cherry MX keys, if you have a look at the escape key you can see it's red, and it only has blue LEDs for each key. Brightness is at 33 and 66% by default to save battery life. The keyboard without lights has a full battery life of 75 hours, with 33% it drops down to 25 hours, 66 at 15 hours, and if you set it to 100% then it's only got about 10 hours, which is still quite a while for this keyboard

 So you just slide it in and then kick these up on the back. All of this is completely wireless, you can use the USB receivers so they act over Wi-Fi straight to the laptop or PC, whatever you've got connected to your TV. They can also connect via Bluetooth if you don't have enough spaces available to plug these into, so these can be both connected via Bluetooth or with your wireless dongles. So they're relatively quiet compared to most mechanical keyboards, so it's good for office use or great for the couch where you may not want to make too much noise.  But now we're years later, and the innovation doesn't really seem so… innovative. So is there even any point in considering buying this keyboard anymore, or should you just go and look elsewhere? Well, in my opinion, the K63 Wireless is still a great gaming keyboard and still absolutely worth buying, but with a few caveats. So let's take a closer look and see why. So the design is very simple

 However I wouldn't recommend this feature unless you love the idea of gaming with a PC on a TV far away. It's just not going to add anything to normal PC gaming. Now the keyboard performs extremely well. It's equipped with Cherry Red MX switches which feel really responsive and light

 Otherwise you might have noticeable connectivity and latency issues like signal cutting out or just low response times. Okay so to sum up, for its price and for what it's for, this is simply a great keyboard even years after it was first released. It connects and performs really well, the build quality is great and it feels great to type and play games on. Now as always, you are going to have to make compromises on build quality and customization compared to more premium options, which is where those caveats that I mentioned at the beginning of this video come in

 Now the keycaps are made of ABS plastic, so they feel absolutely fine, but again, not super premium, but I would also say that the material is just not really something to worry about for the price. Just decide for yourself if you do want to spend considerably more on an alternative keyboard like the Logitech G915 in order for a more premium kind of build. So let's take a look at some of the additional features and keys now. First of all, if we look at the top right and the top left, we get great access to these different multimedia keys

Heavy, high latency, and bad battery life

 Nothing wrong with the textured plastic though. It also feels good. It fits the K63 wireless keyboard, and the K63 is what you would expect from a more budget friendly Corsair mechanical. Decent quality, but made out of mostly plastic

 Corsair have great quality on their products, including on this mouse, other than a slight rattle when shaking it, but that's actually quite common on most mice. The blend of rubber grips and plastic feels good to use, and the extra buttons can be changed in the software. Combined with the dedicated media keys, there are plenty of shortcuts you combine to the two extra buttons next to the left button, and the extra sniper button in the middle of the side buttons. I personally wouldn't like this design for anything competitive, but for casual they're fine

 It wasn't a problem though, and with Cherry MX switches, they do feel good to type on. So they have no click or tactile bump. Generally made for quiet typing and gaming, but these are still a bit louder than their newer keyboards. That said, this is the best wireless keyboard I've tried so far

Perfect except huge flaw

 I'll leave a link to this below if you want something like this. So again, my overall thoughts about the wireless K63 gaming keyboard from KORZR is I would say buy it if you have the funds for it. Replace the keyboard you have now, unless of course you have something that you absolutely just love. Wireless isn't that important to you

 It's really nice because I love the mechanical switch sounds. But there's also a nice feature to where I, well I mean I'm not sure if it's a feature but it's something I came across and I like. And it's the fact that you don't have to press all the way down for it to respond so you can go really softly and you hear nothing. And it's nice because I can just slightly touch down on the keystroke and you don't hear anything but it still responds really nicely

 All the snow's melted which is nice. But above that, let's start the week off strong. Today we're going to be talking about something I got last week and I have been using non-stop. It's the Korsair K63

 But also compact. I like to save as much room as possible for other things. And this right here takes the cake for it because with the K55 it does come with a newer keypad so it's a little larger. But I just love the way, it's very sturdy too and I love the way that this is built

Corsair K63 WIRELESS Gaming Keyboard Review

  Setup: Setup was easy, it was plug and play but I downloaded corsair icue to enable the led programs. I sit about 6-7 ft from my PC in my living room and it had no problems reading all my keystrokes.  K63: Quick and dirty on the keyboard, the keys are not super loud and clickly which is fine by mine. My main keyboard is a Das Keyboard and the keystrokes are heavier

This takes a little getting used to since the K63 is much lighter. If you are used to a heavier keystroke you might find yourself accidentally hitting keys

 Overall if feels well built and had no issues connecting with my PC.  Lapboard: The cushion on the bottom is very nice. Although the board has some weight to it, it doesn't feel heavy on your lap (but that's just me). The latches look flimsy but they serve their purpose, and as long as you don't abuse it I don't see how it can fail

Solid lapboard takes some getting used to

 Thankfully, the K63 holds plenty of juice in its built-in USB charge battery. We spent about 8 hours in total using the K63, and not once did we have to worry about charging it up. Granted, we set the backlight brightness to the lower preset most of the time. Corsair states that on a full charge, the K63 lasts up to 15 hours at full brightness, 25 hours on low brightness, and 75 hours without backlighting

 It fits into the lapboard effortlessly, and two latches help keep the keyboard secured. You should note that the K63 is the only keyboard that fits into this lapboard. As for the design of the lapboard itself, there are rubbery silicone textures at the palm area, but aren't quite positioned right. My palm tends to rest atop the plastic parts, but it's not much of a problem

 This isn't Corsair's first attempt at a lapboard. They also have the lapdog, which is wired, and uses an external power source to work properly. It was a bit bulky and heavy and wasn't ideal in certain situations, especially compared to the new K63 lapboard. Now we have something that's light, compact, and wireless that doesn't sacrifice the quality we come to expect from high-end gaming keyboards

 This keyboard connects wirelessly through the 2.4GHz USB dongle that is set to offer 1 millisecond response time, and it can connect through Bluetooth. The package includes a palm rest with a rubbery silicone texture that snaps to the bottom. This is also how you snap the K63 into the lapboard attachment, which is the real reason why we're here

 Also although not a huge deal, the transmitter for this keyboard is quite large.  Overall I do like it and as long as the dropouts do not continue when I go wireless, I will be happy with this. For what it is worth, based on this experience I did order 2 for work in situations where keyboards are far away from PCs and large wall monitors.

 Also for wired keyboards, longer cables are much appreciated. - Kind of surprised that Corsair cannot combine the wireless functions of a Corsair mouse (such as the Dark Core Pro SE) which I bought along with this keyboard into 1 transmitter. Also although not a huge deal, the transmitter for this keyboard is quite large.  Overall I do like it and as long as the dropouts do not continue when I go wireless, I will be happy with this

This keyboard is a tough review for me. I bought it for home to test it out for a very specific function I wanted at work and the results are good but a little mixed. I normally use cheaper Logitech membrane keyboards but I do also have a Razer Blackwidow Chroma keyboard which is awesome - but too me a little to clicky for the typing applications I usually use it for.  The goods: - The lapboard is great - better than I thought to be honest and this was the main thing I wanted
