 Let's see right now if just upon connecting it ends up lighting up but I don't think it's going to. I think the computer has to be on which is not something I'm going to do right now but at any rate looks nice. It's not too warped. It's not lifting at the edges which a lot of inexpensive pads do out of the package

Almost finished with my mainly Corsair build!

Might not lay flat, RGBs may be dim.

 The cloth surface feels very high quality and like the Prism I would say is a medium to fast pad but with excellent stopping power. This is the exact surface I would personally buy as I've been a massive fan of this pad type for years. I just get the right amount of speed and control and while testing the MM700 RGB in a few of my favourite games I noticed that every mouse I tried tracked extremely well. Ah, you just cannot beat a fresh pad

 With that said, if you use palm grip I would stay clear of the guitar's shape since it's exclusively geared towards claw and fingertip users. So that's it, rounding off this review. Corsair's MM700 RGB is expensive, extremely fragile but I absolutely love the mouse surface and feel the RGB implementation really makes my gaming setup pop. But only buy this if you love your gaming setup and want it to look as good as possible

Any other advantages or disadvantages compared to Steelseries Qck RGB?

Does the on Reviews mentioned smell and the wavy mat go away after some time? Is the stitching as wonky as some mention?

Not so great for the price.

 Why not? Feels nice and smooth. Now, I don't know if you can tell, but there's a slight sheen to this mouse pad as opposed to the one underneath that is just pure black. But this sheen does give it that kind of smoother surface. It's actually a lot quieter with that bit of sheen than without

8 cloth surface, that's inches. So, let's get into it. Nice box. One thing I did notice actually, I don't know if you guys have noticed yourselves, but Corsair have now gone for a kind of dark, it's kind of a dark yellow rather than the bright yellow they used to use, which is quite nice
