 The shoulder straps are a huge step up from the 16L, which offered no support at all. My only criticisms are that the sternum strap does not slide as high as I would like. Being a short woman, it would be helpful if the plastic railing ran a bit higher to accommodate smaller statures. I’m also not a fan of the outside zip pocket

 Overall it has a good amount of pockets and is a good light-weight option for less intense hikes. The pictures are from my first hike with it, which was about 5 miles and involved a lot of scrambling up rocks. Overall it held out well. The only thing I would've liked on this was a waste strap

I commute by bicycle a majority of the week, so I was looking for something very lightweight but durable, stylish but unique, and above all, big enough to hold a change of clothes and a packed lunch, and still feel lightweight and comfortable. This checks all those boxes. I’m glad I didn’t go with a smaller size, but there’s more than enough room in this one. Personally, I could use an extra pouch or pocket, but that’s only because I carry a bunch of stuff…
