 I think the bags could also use a strap up higher on the sides as well to tighten down my trekking poles when not in use. One more thing, I’m fairly broad chested and have wide shoulders and there is barely enough chest strap to go across. I larger person may definitely have issues. Other than these 3 things I find these packs to be near perfect! Thank you!

Hello Cotopaxi! First I want to say I love your bags for day hikes! The colors are awesome and the lightness of the packs is perfect! The only major flaw I have found so far is the side water bottle pockets on the Luzon 24 need straps. I have had multiple water bottles fall right out and even had my brand new metal water bottle fall out and get dented due to this flaw which I was not very happy about. Favorite Day Pack

Bought this for its size, packability, and presence of sternum and waist straps. Having a light bag is nice until you overload it with water or, say, a few too many comic books- the straps make carrying added weight practical. I love cotopaxi's use of fabric remnants to make their products. The only star off is because it has pooped ol' nalgene out more than once in handling (not while walking)
