 I also think that it is over priced @ $35 and that there are better options for less, such as the 1.3oz Samior G1035; which with it's 3.5" drop point thin blade that went through cardboard and plastic packaging the fastest of any knife I tested or the 2.8oz GANZO Firebird FH51, both of which are cheaper, larger flippers that open easier and faster

Had a hiccup with the first one I received because of a quality control issue: the tip of the blade was discolored while the rest of the blade had a decent satin finish. Sent it back and got a replacement which also had a blemished blade tip, but not as bad the first one. I ended up using some polishing compound on the strop and buffed it out. As for the knife itself, for the price, its a good value for someone looking for a decent quality, sub-compact, non-scary folder that fits nicely in the fifth pocket of your jeans

Two Hiccups, but otherwise okay...

 Out of the box, very sharp. But there is a small black smudge on the handle that won't come off, so even dying it darker red would probably show through still. Not a huge deal . The flipper comes way to tight that's for sure

This knife is so cool and almost perfect...

 I’m not a fan of large, heavy fixed blades that require a sheath, or folders that exceed 7 or 8 inches long (open). I prefer a small, lightweight folder with a wide, non-serrated blade about 3 inches long (open).

 It’s definitely on the “small” side. The knife seems well made, with quality materials. The blade is a sturdy-feeling thickness, with a nicely buffed finish. The tanto, drop tip blade penetrates well, but is not as easy to slice with as a curved, drop-tip

 I found the blade a little hard to open with one hand, because the knife is so short (it’s hard to hold the handle and also catch the knob with your thumb). I like the red color (easy to see when you set it down (or drop it) in the environment. The clip is very strong, but I prefer knives without clips when working inside an animal (easier to clean up afterwards.)

My main criticism for using the knife for hunting is the length of its blade. It’s about an inch too short when trying to reach up into certain cavities, etc. when field dressing game. I needed to hold the knife handle between my fingers and thumb a couple times to get the extra extension needed
