It has a lightly padded seat, adjustable stirrups, and an adjustable harness with no-rethread shoulder height change. We like that this seat has a handlebar for little ones to hold and a wider seat for more comfort or a range of child sizes. 
The padding on this seat can retain rainwater making for a wet seat if you encounter incremental weather. It is also slightly more challenging to put the mount on the bike, though attaching the seat to the mount is easy enough. It also doesn't lock to the bike, so theft could happen depending on where and how you plan to use it. Overall, we think this seat is a good one, especially for the price. It might be easy for families on a budget to overlook the few downsides it brings with it.

 The instructions aren't great, so it took some time to decipher how to assemble everything. Lastly, the safety straps and the feet straps aren't high quality (toddler's feet always pop out of the straps). Because the concept is smart, I'm disappointed the bracket wasn't designed better and cheap materials were used for securing the child in the seat. Despite my criticisms, this child seat works and it's easy to take on and off

Easy system for quickly adding or removing the child seat

 Working with amazon customer support on getting the right bike rack, hope I get one ASAP.  FYR, manufacturers website shows the bike rack along with a video tutorial on how to install the same.  Again be careful while ordering and this looks little fishy to me as of now.

The Rack did not fit my 700c even with all the different adjustment possibilities. I couldn't use the rack it came with. I ended up installing the seat on wife's 26in which already had a Toppeak rack installed. To accommodate this, I needed to drill a hole into the rack to add the hand tightening bolt so the seat won't bounce up and down

The seat could use a little more cushion and the instructions were garbage. My daughter seems to like it and she ...

I do like this seat but the seatbelt is hard to pull ...

 I will say it is light weight and has good safety features. I will update review after having used it for a while.

This is the fourth one of these types of chairs I own. Others the foot straps are fine, Both of these broke off. Also the straps need to go over the child’s head. My son getting big for chairs so this is a little tougher

Money Saved is Worth the Installation Hassle

 We improvised and were able to use other tools to get it installed properly but it was difficult and took over an hour. The quality of the hardware is so questionable we were uneasy about trusting it for our son's use. Additionally, it does not have a typical 5 point harness like you see in 99.9% of baby/toddler gear

 The straps are setup quite strangely, and are threaded through the back of the seat. The strap in back back covers the safety reflective light - so vehicles would never be able to see you. Poorly designed and poorly executed. The only good thing I can say about the seat is that my son appeared to be comfortable riding in it, but we only went for a 30 minute ride around our neighborhood due to the safety concerns

 You’re gonna get something super sturdy if you want to pay $120+. My son was 2.5 so I figured he would only rides with me for a year or so before growing out of it. I feel like he’s safe and I make sure to ride a little extra cautiously with him back there
