A few months ago I bought myself some Daiwa J braid fishing line. I needed new braided fishing line and the shop I went into did not stock my usual line. I decided on Daiwa J braid as a substitute on the advice of the lady at the shop.
Since buying this braided fishing line I have promised a number of people that I would film a review of it, but I needed to use it for a while and give it time first.

Best 20lb braid out there for saltwater salmon fishing?

What line should I be using on this exceler lt 3000 D-C, I have 40 lb but feels way to big on it and doesn’t want to cast very well. Might not even be the line? Any suggestions would be appreciated! I’m pairing it with a fenwick HMX 70M-fs-2 7’0” medium fast 1/4-3/4 oz. lure 8-14lb line.

 Good for strength, etc. I will say it is probably great for a baitcast reel, which is where what I bought is going. Great price for the right application.

.you have to cut it out. Feels great on the spool, but once you put it on a reel, nothing but headaches.

<p>Line- Seaguar blue label (6 or 8 lb?), or any flourocarbin?</p>

<p>Any insight is appreciated.  If there are other options in the same price range or slightly higher worth the extra cost, I would like to hear about it.  Thank you!</p>
