The large cone for oranges and grapefruits work well, but the pulp screens stick together and are impossible to take apart. We almost had to break them to get them apart, despite following the instructions on how to correctly do that. Fortunately nothing broke, we got them apart, but now we will never use the reduced size of pulp screen.

 Have also juiced lemons for lemonade and it’s excellent at that.  A couple of tips - for oranges, the reamer’s torpedo shape doesn’t quite match the generally domed shape of an orange half, so it’s a good idea to be careful to not press down too much when juicing, as the tip can dig into the pith and make for a bitter juice. Instead I sort of feel when the tip is getting to the top, and then use both hands to squeeze the sides onto the reamer. In future models it would be helpful, in my view, if the reamer were a little more dome-shaped for oranges and other round fruits

 We like low/no pulp, so I close off the strainer, but after filling the vessel with juice, I open it fully to let the most juice I can drip on through before cleaning it out. Prevents drips from the unit to the sink, and you get a few more drops of that delicious juice. Another suggestion for future models - a larger reservoir to hold up to 24 oz or even 30 oz would be desirable for our needs.  Overall, we’ve become more satisfied with this product, only holding off on 5 ⭐️ due to the desire for a more rounded reamer for large round fruits, and a desire for a slightly larger reservoir

 Certainly not a problem in our dead-to-the-world household.  Like others, I found separating the pulp strainer for cleaning to be a challenge. The three tabs holding them together underneath are stiff. It’s a good thing they are, IMHO, because you’re pressing down as you juice and you don’t want them to snap

It's fairly easy to clean, although I would not recommend putting it in the dishwasher (even though the manual says it's OK to do so). Much Better Design Than Some Others

 I only have one complaint, and that is cleaning the strainer part of the juicer. There are two parts that snap together and you can adjust the holes to allow pulp or have "pulpless" juice. It is hard for me to get the pieces apart to clean them. You have to press in three tabs and pull apart the pieces and that is hard for me with smaller hands

I used this juicer to make the best glass of juice I have ever had using fresh oranges and grapefruit. I am so used to store bought juice that I didn't know how good fresh juice could taste.  A perfectly legal scam. I'll never buy another Black+Decker product. This Dash juicer, also made in China, is much much better.

 Once you figure it out, it is a snap. It cleans easy, makes quick work of the task at hand, (I use fresh lemon juice in my brewed ice tea. For the price it can't be beat.

At first, I had difficulty trying to figure out how to separate the pulp separating pieces. There were no explicit directions or diagrams. I discovered it by accident. I even looked on the web to see if there were any videos of someone separating them

It works great for what I need it for.

I've now juiced around 12 liters of citrus with this now and have been pleased with how it works.  Was a little nervous when the one I'd had for over 20 years died and this was the closest match to it.  The only downside I've found is that the cup is a bit hard to get detached from the unit when you've filled it up. Hopefully over time the plastic will wear a bit to make that easier

 Also I do not like that the pitcher isn't removable and you have to clean it with the cord attached.
