The best thing to discover was that in all our important response time tests, the S2721DGF offers basically identical performance to the 27GL850.

So I really really really recommend an ultra wide for whoa (, laughs ) for productivity. Honestly.

It cost enough without spending more on RGB parts, plus it is tucked under my desk so no one will see it!. Very happy with the performance so far. Playing games at 165hz is absolutely glorious compared to 30/60 on console.

Very good deal, but I would very much recommend the Dell S2721DGF if it was around the same price, if not these are better. I've had 2 units of this monitor and returned it because of what I considered to be unacceptable bleed to the point it's noticeable outside of dark scenes. After that I just settled with the 2721DGF which uses the same panel as the LG monitors but done slightly better in almost every way and 165hz might be a nice in-between for 144 and 240hz. Otherwise, if you aren't picky about the little things this monitor is a very good deal for the price, and I think it's the lowest i've ever seen on the model.

Coming from the DELL S2721DGF, the smearing is VERY noticeable and distracting. Tweaking with the settings while running UFO test *does* improve it, but still noticeable.
