Can anyone help me set up a low budget movie theater room? Just bought a house with a theater room. I have a projector already (not the best) - I have no idea how to set up/purchase wired speakers. Any advice appreciated!!

This is the first AVR I've ever owned and I am generally pleased. Sound quality is good, though music playback is of a lesser quality than my Denon integrated amp. Probably a good value for the money. However, I have no confidence in its ability to last as the electronic components they used are of questionable quality

1 and Dolby Atmos. No owners manual is included and the quick start guide is very weak. The remote is not programable. This makes it necessary to use at least two remotes to control your A /V system

 The HEOS concept is good but the user interface is poor. The Denon remote control App for your phone is terrible. The instructions for set up are confusing and weak. Using the built in set up for surround sound needs to explain better how to set up for 5

I have owned audio / video equipment for decades. This unit rates as just ok considering the quality of sound, ease of use and connectivity to the Internet. The HEOS concept is good but the user interface is poor. The Denon remote control App for your phone is terrible

 The remote is not programable. This makes it necessary to use at least two remotes to control your A /V system. Denon rushed this unit to market to promote 8K TV. I don't know about you but how many pixels do you need to view a movie or picture? What's next 16K and we all toss out our 4K or 8K tv's? If I had it to do over again I would not buy this unit again

Looking for some feedback on the PX748-4k.  I have been hunting for reviews and have hard a really hard time finding any.  I have been hunting for a 4k projector upgrade for my solid 1080P DLP for quite some time.  Nothing wrong with the Pro7827HD, just wanting a better picture for my 120" fixed screen.  I also would like to step up to HDR, and this model supports HDR formats.

On paper, it seems like the PX748 will be a significant upgrade in terms of both brightness performance as well as DLP chipset should be much faster for input when gaming.

Am I missing any good options under $1500?

Also wondering about the 12-Volt Trigger, I use one from my Denon receiver to the Parasound amp, it turns on and off my amp, can the projector turn on and off my receiver using the trigger? I've had two installers provide me with quotes for installing a home theater in a windowless basement room (25' x 17') We intend to have a projector on one wall, a large couch about 14-15' from the screen, and shuffle board table behind the couch, so the room will not be devoted solely to the home theater set up.

Home Theater Advice: Show me the way!

Found out the network port is hosed. While it did update it doesn't share network with new Samsung 4k TV. So networked from TV and set up wifi. Auto wifi setup failed but manual worked fine
