I know you can’t get rid of pores but I’m wondering is there anyway to make them smaller? I use La Roche Posay products. They keep my acne mostly at bay but I feel like my pores are just so large. Part of it is genetic, but just wondering if there’s anything else I can do at home to help. Thanks!

MOST RECENT: So i made a review for this a while back based on the first bottle i used (i’m on my 3rd now) and i loved how it made my skin feel and look. I just ran out of my second bottle and ordered my third but the packaging was different and then i remembered that people have received fakes and that the LAST ONE i used (Japanese) was the fake bottle, which i’m super disappointed and dissatisfied with because i thought my skin was just purging and breaking out due to stress but this entire time it’s been because of this cleanser.  I only use it at most twice a week, I also found it works nicely to rehydrate my skin after using the 'Aztec Clay Mask'. It leaves my skin looking soft, smooth, and glowy. Only downside is it is kind of expensive, but it truly will last a long time because you only need about 2 pumps to cover your whole face.

2) Paula's Choice Azelaic Acid Booster - not enough people talk about this! My skin loves azelaic acid SO much and this brand has proven to be the most effective for PIH, I could see a difference in days

5) CosrX Snail 96 - Definitely one for my favourites. Helped more with skin texture, glow, and moisture.

6) BHA - Paula's Choice BHA, my HG. Skin gets a nice glow the next day, takes care of any congestion & upcoming pimples for me. Can be a bit drying though.

Expensive

A few days ago, I purchased Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Milk to be a daytime moisturizer and my light moisturizer at night. This product was just reformulated toward the end of 2020 and I have the new version. I enjoy how this emulsion feels on my face, but I can’t really give my full opinion on it yet or assess what it does for my skin since it’s so new in my routine.

Hada Labo Gokujyun Hyaluronic Acid Lotion is a very popular toner on this sub, as is the Premium version that comes in the yellow bottle. I haven’t used the regular version since 2016, so I don’t remember much about it. However, I have used the Premium version, which is very hydrating and feels more like a serum than a lotion/toner. It’s very good for cold and dry weather, but I thought it was too heavy for summer here in the southern US
