I’ve had my Dygma Raise just over a week. For me, the Raise has been really easy to adjust to. It starts out just like a standard qwerty keyboard, which you can incrementally customize and optimize to your liking. So there was very little friction switching to it.

Most ergonomic keyboards are a full-size affair, which can take up a ton of valuable desk space. So, if you'd prefer something smaller but just as comfortable, we recommend the Dygma Raise. This compact mechanical board has a 60% form factor, so it stripped down the bare essential alphanumeric keys, which is great if you tend to write frequently and don't require arrow keys or a Numpad for spreadsheet navigation or data entry

I own a Dygma Raise, I love it and it's a great start for the adventure of ergonomic split keyboards. I can absolutely recommend it!

Look, we love to hate on conventional, overpriced boards, but the UHK and Dygma Raise are some of the best examples of a split keyboard for the masses.

You can tweak it a lot and the per key coloring actually helps and is not just playful. They ship from Taiwan and UPS will charge you extra for customs and service (+50 € for me). I had to wait 5-6 weeks for my keyboard. The Dygma Raise may be not as ergonomic, but it is a lot more beginner-friendly.

Dygma Raise might fit the description. It's a 60% keyboard with spacebar split into 4 keys and 4 extra buttons around the area you show in the picture. It's also programmable with macros and whatever. It is an ergonomic split keyboard first and foremost, but you can use it with both halves attached if you do not want to explore and learn the ergonomics side of keyboards.
