Electrolux Front load washer and dryer in a family of 4 persnickety dressers. Zero maintenance for 6 years now with 1-4X daily use, and like new (less the ink splotches from not adequately checking pockets). All I do is clean the dryer vent every year or so.

We have an Electrolux washer (recently purchased) and the big 9cu ft gas dryer (10 y/o at this point). The gas dryer had the motor burn out when I had to do a *lot* of laundry one time (covered under a home warranty my parents had). Not really a big deal, but something I keep in mind. The washer is just kind of OK; I'm convinced the rinse cycle doesn't rinse all that well, and it doesn't really fully drain the water between repeated rises (same on two units; we had to replace the first one because the front seal started to leak).
