So how this is going to work, for every day I am going to apply the pencil we're looking at and then I'm going to rate it. I have four different things that I'm going to be rating all of these brow products on, the first is ease of application, because for me, that's like really number one, because I need it to be easy, and I need it to be quick

 Hey everybody, today I am reviewing one of the cheapest eyebrow products that actually works or at least it works for me. It is the $2 Elf Instant Lift Brow Pencil. This is a fairly new product to Elf's line and I do have the three shades that it comes in which are taupe, neutral brown, and deep brown. I feel like taupe is relatively cool toned and I think it would be great for blondes

 What's really special about this product to me is the consistency of it. It applies very easily to the brows and I think the pencils have nice pigment to them but yet they're not too soft. I have tried some brow pencils that are too soft and goopy they deposit way too much on my brows and as one who already has a lot of existing brow hair it can easily be overboard with some of those pencils. So this is a really great combination of a pencil that has enough pigment and color payoff but is just dry enough to not over apply into the brows

 This is a fairly new product to Elf's line and I do have the three shades that it comes in which are taupe, neutral brown, and deep brown. I feel like taupe is relatively cool toned and I think it would be great for blondes. Neutral brown is actually the shade I like to wear in my brows. I feel like I can apply it pretty effortlessly and not be too careful about getting things looking too intense but it blends into my natural hair color very easily

Not Shaped Well

 I love that this has the brush on one end and a pencil that twists up so you don't have to sharpen it on the other end and it's also a very small precise tip. Let's see how it swatches the color. Okay great so it's like a light brown but if I press down harder it gets darker but if I use very light hand it can be a very light shade to be good for blonde eyebrows. That's also good for if you kind of want to do an ombre effect

 I have some good ones but I just feel like I'm still needing to try out more and really explore what's out there and this one seems like a product I will really like. I also love that ELF does not test on animals. I love that this has the brush on one end and a pencil that twists up so you don't have to sharpen it on the other end and it's also a very small precise tip. Let's see how it swatches the color

 It comes in three different colors. I picked it up in the shade taupe. I'm really excited to try this out because it was so highly rated on Ulta.com and I just feel like I'm still on an eyebrow product journey

I really like these brow pencils. Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes because at the time I ordered, there was only one review and it wasn’t a very positive one. But! In my opinion, these are very good if you can find your shade. I’ll say right away that if you are light blonde, you are much better off with the “Studio” brow kit in “Ash” because even the “Taupe” pencil will be too dark for you

 I had worn it all day yesterday and found that the staying power is good as well. Mine stayed on for about 12 hours. I’m pretty sure it could last much longer than that, but I usually wash my makeup off at this point. Oh! And I didn’t find the spoolie too rough, as one of the reviewers mentioned

 Now I have an excuse to place another order soon. ;) Anyways, if you really need something like that, order more than one. I had worn it all day yesterday and found that the staying power is good as well. Mine stayed on for about 12 hours

 Can’t be happier that I decided to give these a try! The texture of these is very similar to other brands’ brow pencils; they aren’t too waxy, but not too soft either. They are soft enough to allow the pencil to glide when you apply it, but not too soft, so they don’t feel like a sticky gel or anything like that. The pigmentation is very good; you definitely don’t need to go over the same spot over and over again, which sometimes happens when the pencil is too waxy or just has poor pigmentation. I included the pictures, so that you can see the difference between the two colors and the amount of product you are getting

 That's not the case with this because it is so thin and tapered. It's very easy not only to fill, like I said, and really adhere to your eyebrows but also get that nice tapered outer tip here which I personally need to do. I am in most need of eyebrow fill in action here towards the end whereas the rest is really just neatening things up and creating that sharp outer edge. But I've personally found that this pencil could do all of that for $2 and then on the end here you have a spoolie

 Initially when I first got these I was using the neutral brown shade which I thought matched my brows pretty nicely but you can see this is none too light. I really like the way I can build this up to get the kind of coverage I want and I don't overdo it like I do with the next shade up. So that's definitely something to consider as you make your shade selection. Obviously I would choose more of a medium brown for my hair color but the taupey blonde worked just fine for me
