A little overzealous in it's duties.

 It'S got some of these rubber feet. It'S 120 volt, 60 hertz, 1, 300 watts. There is some cord storage and the cord can come out in a couple different places. The cord is a two-prong, plug-in okay, so over here on the left, it does have a crumb tray right here, so this slides out that catches all the crumbs, slides right back in it's very easy operation, is very simple: you're gon na turn it to whatever selection

 So i, like my toast, a little dark. So i'm going to go right around four you're going to press the thing down. Let'S start a stopwatch: okay, i've got a stopwatch started and we'll see how long it takes. Okay, here's what it looks like

REVIEW Elite Gourmet ECT-3100 Long Slot Toaster

Burnt Toast!

Bigger than it looks.

 The rectangular loaves of bread I buy have slices that are slightly more than 5 inches wide. The slots of this toaster are exactly 10 inches long, so I cannot fit two slices in it unless I turn them sideways, but then the end of each slice sticks out of the top, making them under-done. The big-brand-name breads would fit fine, but I wish the designer had included just another 1/4 inch of length! 3. Temperature is overall lower than my last one, so I need to turn it up to the halfway point for a "normal" toast setting

 5. I like the flip-up grille rack for heating things that are too thick for the slots. 5. The pop-up is energetic

Good basic toaster, good for artisinal bread, not quite long enough for 2 modern loaf slices

 I am perplexed. It has a warming rack which seemed like a neat feature. It has long and wide slots. Great! But you would think that there design would have been much better than it is
