 That'S where I got in this locked in Center soundstage, and I also got this wide dispersion pattern. So no, it doesn't work that way a lot of times when you do that. You'Re gon na get an even brighter sound, but I've come to find that with this speaker, it didn't really attenuate the top end at all, and it gave you all the benefits in terms of imaging. It'S just something to experiment with

 So to the left. We have our emotive ot1, plus our 3-way rear ported tower that retails for six hundred ninety nine dollars in the middle. We have the triangle bro three. This is going to be a two-way front

 So, if that's what you're looking for, then you either add a sub or you just go with the bigger version of this speaker, but I think the bass is good in the sense that it enables you to track complex recordings very easily. I think it's a little cleaner sounding than the average tower speaker at this price point. But again, the trade-off is that you're not going to get that raw visceral listening experience out of it imaging, as mentioned before, the imaging is going to be great out of this speaker. The focus in between the t1 plus is in particular, is just very, very good, and you don't have to work too hard to get that and one of the things that really surprised me is this off-axis performance I mean when I'm off to decide or when I'm Walking around listening to the speaker, I think it's actually just as enjoyable as when you're sitting down in between the speakers

 I gave it a few days and the smell did not dissipate it grew strong in odor. Called emotiva customer service and asked him if I could treat them with a lemon juice or vinegar solution they told me to go ahead. After 2 weeks to spell has dissipated slightly but I still get eye irritation and feel somehow I'm making myself slightly sick. As far as the speaker the ribbon Tweeter is quite outstanding ,the vocal Clarity is quite nice

 Coming for a British speaker they're is more detailed and a bit dry in the mid-range, the separation is very distinct. I find they're lacking in musicality but overall a very good product. Shopping for audio equipment online is very difficult you often have to depend on reviews and sometimes there reviews are inaccurate or bias. I wish I had ordered these speakers through Amazon or Crutchfield then I would have returned them but through Emotiva the shipping cost would be greater than $200 loss, I'm not willing to except

 However, when I got home and plopped in front of my system I immediately decided that mine were perfectly competitive with most of what I heard there, and considering the price differential that is amazing!  Your ear can get used to most anything, but if I spend some time away from these speakers and then come back, I am consistently blown away all over again each time.

  I recently went into a Magnolia store and compared the B&W's, Martin Logan's, Definitive Techs, and ELACs they had there. I thought the 7 series B&Ws were impressive overall and well balanced, and the ML electrostatics were super detailed in their sweet spot. However, when I got home and plopped in front of my system I immediately decided that mine were perfectly competitive with most of what I heard there, and considering the price differential that is amazing!  Your ear can get used to most anything, but if I spend some time away from these speakers and then come back, I am consistently blown away all over again each time.

Have been listening to these speakers like it is my full-time job since I got them, they're amazing! Incredible details, very wide sound stage, and super-balanced sound.  It too was very poor for it's then, high price. Relying on a spectacular review in "Sound & Vision" of the Emotiva T1, I bought a pair. Every since then, NERVANA, BLISS, ENTHRALLING, whatever superlative word you choose, the Emotiva will live up to, or exceed your highest expectations. Emotiva  T1 Towers "TOWER"  over competitors!!

Can't go wrong with these emotiva airmotivs. I first bought the C1 and the s12 sub and they are awesome. I just bought the T1s and these things kick ass. They have tight controlled bass, good midrange and strong presence without being harsh

 In fact, I thought I had the subwoofer on when I was playing music through these and I had to go over and see if it was off because these speakers put out some good bass. They were on closeout so I highly recommend them. It's great emotiva actually makes great stuff for more affordable prices than some of these brands that charge $1000s for speakers. The build quality and stealth look to them is great too

 I have about 12 inches. I could probably use more, but room/furniture limitations. Anyway they sound terrific with 12 " clearance. Also, you can bi-amp them by removing the pre-installed jumpers on the terminals, if you want

Unbelievable sound and value

Extremely happy with these speakers, connected to a Sony 1080 receiver and set up in a large great room. The highs and lows are crisp and the imaging is very good. Ordering was a trick, if you want two make sure you change the quantity. It's confusing as the picture shows two speakers
