Have to say it’s my victorinox climber/farmer x(rotated) as my most used (scissors and can opener) also now my Enzo Birk 75 d2 cf good for wood carving.  But my true Edc is my fallkniven f1 as I prefer a fixed blade and it carry’s well

What's your workhorse/edc? (Large left hand CRK Inkosi)

 It's a substantial knife - D2 blade, perfectly centered, Scandi grind, and VERY sharp right out of the box. Sometimes think it could have been a little lighter, but it's still fine for EDC in my jeans pocket. Excellent knife. Yep - I'd recommend it

 Let'S have a look at this and see how it works with some wood and try it out a little bit okay. This is just this is a folder. This would be for like doing some whittling and small tasks. Maybe small woodworking tests around the campfire, maybe even a little bit of food processing if you wanted, but lets me see what it does say if I wanted to make some shavings for fire yeah, that's your Scandi grind

 You can just feel it thanks. I mean it is. It is catching a lot of material there. I have a Mora bushcraft black, which is no one, be quite excellent for kept throwing sparks out my Ferro rod and I'd have to say this is every bit as good, maybe even better that I'm really impressed with that

Hello youtubers: this is quick coming to you today to bring you a review on a bushcraft folder, so the knife I came across was from a company called Enzo, and here it is, it is the Berk 75, so the Enzo Berk 75 folder - and this comes in About four different configurations only to which I could find it comes in curly birch handles and it comes in, carbon-fiber handles it. Okay, so it comes in g10 and it comes with another curly birch, with a bolster and the only two that I could find to purchase were this with the carbon fiber, and I wanted to go for something more natural, so I went with the curly birch now The blade of the knife, which is a three inch blade approximately this one, came in deep to steal. It also comes in s30v, so I chose the d2. I watched some reviews and the reviews were very, very positive

 Ironwood, that's very typical desert Ironwood, the way its grain is sometimes it's hard to polish it up. So that's what you're seeing right there I mean I found on both of my Barber's desert. Ironwood little spots there to just parts of the grain that will either break out when you're cutting it or not polished at all. So that's no biggie, but um

 Blade was scary sharp out of the box, perfect ambi thumb studs, excellent gripping scales. I love the pocket clip and where it is positioned, but note that it is not movable (this may be an issue depending on how you carry your knife). Incredible value. Overall very pleased with this high quality knife

If you have anything from them already, because they do a bunch of fixed blades and folders and just a lot of different stuff, which is very, very cool, so let me know if i'm the only guy on the planet that didn't know about this company

 Let'S take a look here, so it's a really nice carbon fiber. You all know i love carbon fiber, so anything carbon fiber. I am absolutely interested in what i think is cool. Is they actually did a pretty good relief here on the back side or for your left-handed folks, oftentimes, the cutout for the lock side is not as deep or pronounced as the normal side

 It'S d2 steel, as i mentioned um 0.516 overall thickness weighs in at just 3.8 ounces. So it's right in there for you guys that would like that one inch per ounce or one ounce per inch, it's a little heavier than that

Brisa Enzo Birk 75 Knife Review

This blade is easy to open, has a great edge, easy to sharpen and feels good in the hand. The entire construction looks and feels of quality, I've been using this fault for a while now and the D2 steel had held up very well, with nothing more than a leather strop bringing it back when needed.  For a "gentlemen's" folder I think this knife is incredible.
