Hello, Im looking for a small, comfortable, everyday bag around 20L more or less. That can also carry a 15.6 laptop and doesn't cost an arm and a leg (so no peak design or tortuga)

The past few years I’ve had pretty bad luck with backpacks I’ve bought on amazon. I need something that will last me a few years and not break down halfway through the school year. 

I need it to be waterproof because I live in a rainy area, I need it to have its own space for a laptop, and enough room for books and supplies. I live in the US and top of my price range is probably $80 but I might be able to wiggle that a little.
