 In fact, it's arguably less convenient to preheat this way than some other more efficient methods which also come with the side benefit of doing so unattended. Our favorite method is to use steam from the kettle we're boiling our water in. This small hack essentially requires you to look around your home or online for something that can suspend your cylinder above the boiling water. Canning funnels both metal and silicone, or even a small sifter or colander will suffice, set your kettle to boil and get onto other things while your brew cylinder gets up to temperature

 These are only suggestions and you should experiment to find what works best for you and your palette. Well, let's grind this out and get to brewing. Move this out of the way [Applause] Use your included funnel to transfer the grounds into the portafilter. [Music] then settle the coffee into place before removing the funnel

 Just squeeze it out back behind there and then pull these out. You'll have to pull that one out first and then you can push out your plunger once you have your plunger out. Same thing just going to reach back behind and pull them out like this and you're just going to wipe back there with a paper towel. You generally don't need to use any kind of detergents and we in fact don't recommend it because if you leave behind any kind of a residue, it can be an off-putting taste for your espresso

 The darker your coffee, the more likely you'll find yourself enjoying tighter ratios say one to two or even less. Conversely, the lighter your coffee, the better the chances you'll enjoy it at ratios of approaching one to three. These are only suggestions and you should experiment to find what works best for you and your palette. Well, let's grind this out and get to brewing

 Next is the Flair Pro 2 and everything that came with it...the Kinu M47, Bellman Steamer, my workflow, and drinks, the espresso, latte (still need to work on my steaming and latte art), a hot americano, an iced americano (and with milk added), and the clean up

An exceptional product...a gateway into the world of espresso coffee.

Not a beginner espresso maker

 I could actually choke it with my manual Xeoleo grinder a couple of clicks away from the finest setting. The flip-side of this is that it is very difficult to find accessories (like distributors and tampers), which are overpriced in comparison to larger products for 51mm baskets.  The only thing I'm still struggling with is thermal management. As it's not plugged to the mains, you have to pre-heat the brew head either by placing it on top of your kettle or filling it with boiling water a couple of times

 I'm not so bothered by the time this takes as by the fact I can't control temperature very well. I want to get some temp strips from their official site to get more consistency, and maybe also experiment a bit.

Real espresso at home - or anywhere, really!

 I brought the Flair to the office and my friends were in love with it. I chose the Flair Pro2 model and I’m glad I did. I read good reviews for the Classic and the Signature, but the sturdier materials, flexibility and larger yield of the Pro 2 is worth every cent. The build quality of the machine the accessories and the case are works of art

Extremely satisfied!!!! What an incredible espresso machine!!!!
