 I am a UK 10.5, so I purchased the 11 which did not fit. It was somewhere between a UK 10 and 10.5

 Unfortunately, decent English bootmakers don't make workmen-style boots. The sizing chart is also awry. I am a UK 10.5, so I purchased the 11 which did not fit

 Unfortunately I had to return the first pair because the stitching was coming apart at the corner of the lacing nearest to the toe. After only a little more than a month of wear this was completely unacceptable for such an expensive boot. Fortunately, Amazon makes returns extremely easy and they replaced the boot within 2 days and even gave a $40 refund since the replacement boots were cheaper than when I originally purchased them!  For sizing, I would highly recommend going a full size down from your normal. I normally wear 11-11

5 so I ordered the 10.5. They were quite large and I had to put an insole in them for them to feel "tight" enough and to reduce heal slip. Fortunately, upon my return I was given the opportunity to change the size so I went to a 10 and they fit much better

 I bought my standard size 10 and they feel comfy - stiff but comfy with enough room for my wide feet. Lovely boots, great leather, great color too (thought they might be too loud in this color but they’re darker than the pics) smell great and they’re made in the U.S.A

Just received my Arkansas Mid Lace Boots in the Redwood color and I thought I’d weigh in with a first impression. The size issues I’ve read about might apply if your feet are medium width, in which case a half size down should work as they will break-in. However, if you have wider feet your standard size might be the ticket. They taper pretty quick to the tip and might crowd your toes if you go down a half size

Real boots, at last.
