 I was able to get them and put the desk together just fine. The second issue I ran into had to do with my wire tamer tray and my power strip. My power strip I actually zip tied to the leg of my desk because it doesn't fit inside of the wire tamer tray. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have ordered a second wire tamer tray and two smaller power strips

 It seems to be one of the better electronic standing desks that you can get for the money, so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 30 by 60 inch bamboo top desk with white legs, the programmable handset, one wire tamer tray, and the standing mat. The desk comes with all of the necessary hardware you'll need to start putting it together. It even comes with a couple of Allen keys that fit some of the screws

 They come in a little red baggie. All good though. I was able to get them and put the desk together just fine. The second issue I ran into had to do with my wire tamer tray and my power strip

 Everything came in several different boxes, so I spent the first part of my day just kind of opening up all the boxes and pulling out all of the pieces just to see what I had. Got it delivered yesterday and started assembling it just now.

I know this is not the most expensive and the best desk out there, but it still is something that cost more than a typical desk out there, but man their QC and CS is just horrible.

First off, while unpacking, I found plastic debris and apparently, two plastic battery cover came broken. Their CS says "Some people take it off anyways. Just live with it".

Second, the holes for the brackets are not drilled in all the way and can't assemble this junk any further at this point. CS finally accepts it and will send the new pole, but it will take about at least another 7 business days.

Just overall horrible experience so far. Should've just went with either Jarvis or Ergonofis.

Avoid Autonomous

  1/12/2022 - Still great! - 4.5/5 stars Time flies! Anyway, I have owned the desk for nearly 3 years at this point and I have had no major issues. A minor thing I did notice is a bit of tilt towards myself (as a round pen rolled toward me); however, this is most probably due to the imbalance that my current setup introduces (with my "desktop" computer literally hanging from the desk bottom). Beyond that quirk, no problems in my day-to-day work life using the desk as a standing or traditional desk

 Desk came in two boxes with excellent packaging on both. Nothing was damaged and all parts were included. Assembly for the desk itself was fairly simple and easy. The only misstep was mounting for the control unit as the manual says there are pre-drilled holes for it but there wasn't in my case

 I think you get the point. The desk can take some serious amount of weight. Now if you're looking into buying a standing desk regardless if it's from Philly, probably the most important factor to consider is making sure that the standing desk can support the height of your natural sitting position and the height for when you're standing. I initially went for the two stage frame one because it was cheaper even though on Philly's website it did say that the most popular frame is the three stage one which I chose to ignore and when I did receive the two stage frame I discovered it didn't quite go as low as I wanted to because I didn't factor in the desk casters that I added

 Other times I find myself in deep concentration and in the zone and find out later that I've been standing for an hour or an hour and a half. I just think that having a standing desk gives you more freedom to stretch your legs have a bit more different or dynamic position or posture to work in rather than being in a fixed chair all day. One last thing I want to quickly mention is price. It's not cheap

The frame is good quality and you do get a 15 year warranty if I read the fully website correctly and the tabletop has a five year warranty and you can always just purchase the frame alone and buy a tabletop from somewhere else

Standing Desk Recommendations for Germany?

 This company knows how to run a business in the 2000s with open communication, professional standards, and friendly people who stand behind their product. The desk is beautiful built of solid parts and easy to assemble. The motor is quiet, the bamboo top is beautiful and I'm very happy with this choice.
